“Howard and his team served amazing pizzas at our daughter's wedding and they were much appreciated by all our guests. Howard is passionate about his pizzas and served a selection of pizzas including one especially devised for the happy couple. The Nigerian Goat Curry pizza was a first and proved to be an absolute winner! Communication with Howard before the wedding was always easy. We would recommend D Pizza Guy without reservation. “These pizzas are one of the bests I have ever tried in London. I love the Riana and Maria pizzas, they have lots of vegetables, cheese and salsa. Also the parsley dip is lovely”

“Best kebab in the area. Always fresh and clean. Really good value too as you get a fair amount of food for even a regular size. I like a really hot chile sauce but 99% of normal punters don’t so the sauce is very mild but that’s just how it is. Only drawback is cash only no card.”

The place is lovely inside and out, we were there for dinner tonight (30th December), only thing wrong with the evening was that the table behind us seemed to have a couple seated who were “influencers” (idiots) who seems to be streaming whilst complaining constantly about everything and each other……. I can only hope they catch me in the background scowling at their effort to ruin our and everyone else’s enjoyment of this excellent restaurant.”

“Stumbled across Knead Pizza in Prysten House and stopped in for a glass of rosé in the courtyard, and WOW what an absolute hidden gem. The setting is truly picturesque, full of historic character and peaceful charm right in the heart of Plymouth. You can smell the woodfired pizza drifting out from Knead Pizza inside, which just adds to the atmosphere. It feels like a step back in time. I found myself imagining the old merchant’s house in its heyday, surrounded by the hustle and bustle of a very different Plymouth. I visited on a quiet Wednesday afternoon, which I’d highly recommend if you’re after a calm and reflective experience, really quite perfect. The service was great too; friendly, welcoming, and happy to let you take it all in at your own pace. Definitely worth a visit in the evening as well, there’s something magical about the courtyard as the light fades. Can’t wait to return and try the food next time, in which case, I will be updating accordingly!”
