“Amazing service, we went away for 10 days to Italy and knew our dogs would be looked after perfectly. We were kept updated by Lucy while away with messages/photos of our dogs and they looked like they were having a great time. She took them on daily walks and to dog parks off their own back. When coming home our house was left clean and in order which is great when coming back from a long holiday. Would highly recommend their service and will be using them again for sure.”

Having used a dog walking service before, where he was ok, but never seemed overly impressed at being dropped there or collected, I now have the complete reverse and sometimes think he would rather stay with Nicola than come home! He bounds out to meet her in the mornings, and although happy to come home late afternoon, he still has time for licks and cuddles before she goes. Nicola really goes the extra mile, and I always have a tired happy pooch whenever she has had him, which has sometimes been impromptu where my diary has changed and she has helped at the last minute. “Love Pet Pals. When I had rare finches I could always get the food for them. My Dogs have raw food. I can always get Natures Menu raw tripe in the freezer. The bags are always in good condition. No freezer burn food and such a good selection. Pet pals always have such a range of complete food for dogs. Range of sizes and prices. The staff are so friendly and helpful. If you need no help then you can browse. If you think you need no help and are struggling help is immediately given. Such a nice shop.”

“Took my two Shih Tzu's for grooming in The Pet Shop. They had flea and worming treatment done as well because my one dog won't take the tablets. I feel they did a fantastic job with my dogs as they can be quite anxious. One is more anxious than the other. They gave me good advice about my dogs for their anxiety. They were able to tell me that my dog had an infection in her ear so I could treat it properly. The price was reasonable. They look absolutely lovely, so pleased with they way their fur was cut. Would highly recommend them.”
