“Luna had a great experience at Longcroft Fulwood. I could not recommend Amy and the service she provides enough. We were away for a couple of weeks and we received updates and photos every day. It turned one of the hardest parts of going away into the best as the worry was replaced by the knowledge and evidence that my cat was in a wonderful, engaging and safe environment. Luna loved her holiday and will doubtless be back.”

“Longcroft Kenley/Gaby was amazing - her children too! As someone who was extremely nervous to leave her boys while I was away Gaby did an amazing job at making me feel at ease! I was sent daily pictures of them which was so nice/reassuring. The place itself is beautiful & there isn’t a lot of other kitties staying, so Gaby isn’t overly busy & is able to spend quality time with everyone. I will be bringing the boys back next time I go away… this will be there home away from home!”

“Loria is amazing! I was so nervous for Puss's first time in a hotel whilst I was away but Loria kept me updated and reassured. I was sent gorgeous photos and his mood throughout. Even when booking I was given ample information so that paying was a breeze. And when picking him up, I was running late and Loria was oh so patient! Puss came back super chilled and playful, like there's a spring in his step! We will be back again, worth every penny!”

“Ali is an amazing and caring person. She looked after our cat, Carrot, as if he were her own. Longcroft Cat Hotels are brilliant. When we took Carrot to Ali at Cole Green Welwyn I just instantly knew that he was going to be cared for so well. I just love receiving updates and photos and show them to everyone! He is returning to stay with Ali in a few days time and I am sure he too will enjoy his holiday as much as we shall enjoy ours. Thank you so much Ali........Carrot sends his purrs.....”

“We left our cat here for a little over two weeks and we were very happy. The room is very nice and clean with enough space for cats to roam. We got pictures and updates almost every day and from what we saw there were lots of toys provided. Highly recommend! Thank you Ann .”

“After viewing so many normal catteries we stumbled across Longcroft luxury cat hotel at Chelmsford for our two 6 month old, very active, Bengal kittens and we were so happy! I’m a very fussy cat-mum and really struggled to find anywhere that I was happy to leave my furbabies until I came and visited Tim at Longcroft. He really seemed to care and love all his furry guests and really put all my worries aside. The “suites” are immaculate, beautifully decorated and they had a great space with large, sturdy cat tree and lovely bedroom area with bed and Tim also brought in a water drinking fountain especially for the kittens to use which they loved and as it was hot they had their own fan too. We also took along a lot of their home comforts and toys which was welcomed. Every day whilst we were away we got lovely updates and or photos and a really lovely postcard “from the cats” on their last day. It really did put us at ease seeing them relax into their holiday home. Every evening the kids would ask if we’d heard from the cats yet :-) When we collected Bobby and Dolly they seemed very happy and relaxed (as did all the cats in their care!) which was just so lovely. “Georgie, the owner, is marvellous! She takes loving care of our Saffie, who always looks very well, as she did recently, when we collected her after being away on holiday! The hotel is kept small to give frequent individual attention. The living quarters are superb! I Highly recommend Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel!”

“Dobby and Miraz love spending their holidays at Longcroft, they wouldn't go anywhere else. They even keep in touch with us by sending regular updates and selfies. They love playing with Aly everyday, their favourite human friend, and get spoilt rotten by her. They even get a little goody bag to come home with. It's a real home from home ... “Lou at longcroft Luxury cat hotel flitwick was brilliant lookin after my 2 boys while I went on my honeymoon. I had never left my boys with anyone before and they have returned happy healthy and full of mischief. We knew we could relax on holiday with the regular updates on how the boys were doing. If you want your cats to have as good if not a better holiday than you aare having I would always recomend Longcroft!!!!”

“Vicky was fantastic and really takes away the anxiety for you. I got daily updates and pictures of Cleo and the rooms are really clean and warm. Cleo even got a bonus suite because it was empty so she was able to have more space! The gift bag at check out was a lovely little touch so therefore I will definitely keep using this cat hotel for future holidays. Highly recommend. Thank you! X”

“I have two cats, 9 and 7yrs, who had only ever known our home. I was incredibly stressed and nervous looking for somewhere for them to live for a week whilst we were between houses. Emma at Longcroft did a great job talking at length through how they looked after their guests, reassuring me my babies would be absolutely fine. And they were! The set up is fab, the pamper options are so cute(!), and they settled in pretty quickly, especially our most anxious baby. Emma sent photo updates to reassure us and after a couple of days I stopped stressing, which was down to Emma, her team, and the fab little luxury hotel she runs. I would definitely recommend!”

“I cannot rate Longcroft high enough! Daisy is an absolute dream person to leave your furry friends with while you are away. She is so nice and easy to deal with and the service she provides is fantastic. We had regular pictures and updates on how our two were doing while we were away, which is so reassuring. We have two young, indoor cats who had never been away from home before. So were a bit worried about how they would adapt but we need not have worried! Daisy won them over in no time and they had a lovely holiday, while we had peace of mind to enjoy ours.”

“What a find! We were so relieved to find the lovely Helen and her spotless yet warm and comfy luxury cattery. Helen's extra loving care helped for a smooth transition after moving our 8 cats 300 miles from their home in Yorkshire to their their new home in Sussex. We can't rate Helen highly enough. Yes you will pay more money then your average cattery BUT this is not your average cattery, it's a hotel and is far superior. Helen offers a genuine home from home atmosphere and lavishes her attention on all her guests. We had complete peace of mind whilst we were away from our cats and hope to send to them to Helen again in the near future for a luxury holiday!”

The space is stunning, beautifully maintained, and filled with thoughtfully curated artwork and displays that give it a creative, modern, and inviting atmosphere. It’s clear that great care goes into every detail of the environment. A special mention must go to Brianna from the Events team, who was an absolute standout throughout the entire process. From our initial email exchanges, she was prompt, professional, and incredibly supportive, helping us explore options that aligned with our budget and event needs. Upon visiting the venue, she was warm, welcoming, open, and genuinely kind — a pleasure to meet and work with. Her dedication, attitude, and customer-focused approach make her a real credit to the company. Although we chose a different route for reasons specific to our own internal planning, I would highly recommend Bankside Hotel to anyone looking for a high-quality venue with exceptional service. “What a beautiful boutique hotel , absolutely loved our stay and 100% going back and highly recommend !! On arrival we were warmly greeted by the lovely staff. Absolutely loved our room , as we walked into our room there was a dinning table , a bar area , and lounge area , and an upstairs where there was a really comfortable bed , a stunning bath at the end of the bed , and a cinema room . In the morning we had a stunning breakfast brought to our room . ( lovely touch) We visited Brighton for an event , but left a little early just so we could enjoy the room more and so glad we did ! Thank you for a lovely stay and we look forward to visiting again soon !”

“Transferred to this hotel on short notice after a miserable experience at the original hotel that was booked for my stay. And was so happy that I did! Clean, well equipped, and very comfortable rooms (I stayed in 2 during my visit as, unfortunately, this hotel was fully booked for 2 nights of my time in Manchester). Communication with staff was seamless, prompt, and attentive throughout. In particular, Zach was very kind in helping me out with the last minute change of plans. I will definitely return should my travels bring me back to Manchester!”

“Spacious rooms. Very clean on arrival Welcoming friendly staff. Ideal location for the conference centre. The only criticism would be when staff do the light touch cleaning it might be an idea to top up the coffee and milk. Excellent breakfast. It's not to order but they only put out smaller amounts to ensure a constant supply of fresh cooked. Bacon and sausages were very nice. Always on coffee machine in the dining area, with a decent bite on the coffee.”

“I had the most amazing stay here for my birthday. The hotel was unique with stunning decor - highly unusual but brilliant. The hotel had made every effort to recognise the occasion - the room was aptly decorated with balloons and a handwritten message on the mirror. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was nice - a lovely buffet selection. My dietary needs were catered for (gluten/dairy free). The hotel is situated in Islington - a very short walk to the canal. A morning walk along the canal to Canary Wharf and back along the Thames Path was the best start to the day! There are some beautiful spots along the canal to stop for a coffee or bite to eat - these are within a 5 minute stroll from the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel - it made a really nice change to stay somewhere a little different/unique.”
