“I love this establishment all the staff are lovely they makr you feel so welcome. Today i was served by such a lovely girl with a cracking smile called Eli always makes me feel welcome and a new addition called damny best resturant and hotel highly recommended!”

“Lovely 3 night stay at Staybridge Suites in Cardiff. Great location as it sits between Cardiff Bay & the City Centre. We stayed in a king suite overlooking the water. The bed was comfortable, bathroom modern, kitchen facilities available as well as a wardrobe, table & chairs, pouffe & plenty of storage space. Staff were all very friendly and attended to all of our needs. There's an onsite gym overlooking the water, a free laundry room to use, snacks to buy and a bar which connects staybridge suites with the Holiday Inn. There are social nights during the week and a den or food area to relax. Breakfast included. There were hot & cold options. Rooms were cleaned daily. Check in from 3pm and checkout at 11am. Parking available on a first come first served basis priced at £10 per day.”

“We stayed in a family suite, the accommodations were lovely - obviously well-used with e.g. scratches on the floor, but clearly also well taken care of - immaculately clean and tidy. Housekeeping were very thorough on their daily visits. Noise isolation wasn't perfect, but...it's London, what do you expect! Front desk/room service/other staff were always professional and very helpful.”

“The hotel is in a great location near Russell Square, nice area to walk around in, lots of good restaurants nearby and our family walked to the theater comfortably. The staff were remarkable. I haven't had a front desk person orient and welcome me to their space as well as the night staff did upon my arrival. The security was very good as well. Our room was a two bedroom and it was spacious, well organized and made us regret not staying longer. It was filled with snacks and drinks that we were encouraged to enjoy. The room was comfortable with great amenities. We used The Library (a place to hang out, have a drink or eat breakfast) and it was a cozy place, also filled with great staff. I would stay again if I had any chance.”

“100 yards from the Elizabeth Line entrance to Faringdon Station. Classic old London pub. Great (size and quality) meals. Enthusiastic (in London!) staff. Rooms above the pub are worth the climb. You need to navigate the booking software with patience.”

“My husband and I went for Sunday brunch today, it was a wonderful experience. The food was of a very high standard, beautiful flavours. In a time where not all 5 star hotels offer a 5 star service I would like to show appreciation for the staff. They were all very friendly and professional. We had the pleasure of the service of Fernanda, Rian and Isaac and others whose name I didn’t get but that doesn’t mean their hospitality was lacking in any way. Thank you very much. “Just stayed here for two nights while working in the Belfast area and had a fabulous stay, Susie the duty manager was wonderful, so helpful and cheerful and nothing was too much trouble, I wish all premiere inns had a susie. the food both nights in the restaurant was great, nicely cooked and well presented however the breakfast was AMAZING!!!!!, I've stayed in hundreds of premiere inns and the breakfast here was the best I've ever had, if I'm working in the Belfast area I would without hesitation stay here. Well done premiere inn and well done Susie”

“My Jack Russell stayed for a day and a half, i think he would have been happy to stay for longer went in with no fuss came out very clean and looked well happy. Well looked after friendly kennel this one so glad i've found it.”

“Amazing customer service from Karen the moment I checked in. Super friendly with such a warm welcome. The room was just lovely. Very clean, spacious and airy with a lovely view. The location is perfect, just a15 minute drive to Norwich town centre. The food was great and the spa was wonderful. Can’t fault this place. Highly recommend and will DEFINITELY be returning ❤️”

“We have had wonderful stay. The apartment is spotlessly clean and well equipped. Traveling with 1 year old baby we needed peace, quiet and cleanliness to be on top and Staybridge delivered all of that. Everyone was so very friendly and welcoming - from breakfast team, everyone at the reception and housekeeping staff. Nothing was ever too much trouble for anyone - any requests we had, any queries was promptly dealt with. Breakfast served each day was fresh and a selection was good. Special thanks to Elena and Inta for making our stay worry and stress free.”

“This accommodation had everything we could possibly need,was spotless clean and very central. Caroline and Georgia looked after us from start to finish,and we did,in fact,stay an extra night. The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the hotel's location is perfect for exploring the city. Our room is clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. The breakfast is delicious and good value, though we wish we could stay along time here . We'll definitely stay longe as needed !".”

“Just checked out of Habour Hotel Southampton. Would highly recommend. Was sick with motion sickness on check in day and staff was kind and helped. Room very clean, modern and looks very new, making for a very comfortable stay while I recover. Had breakfast this morning at the hotel cafe and staff were all very polite and breakfast delicious and done to a high standard. All in all a most enjoyable stay prior to boarding our cruise ship.”

“We had Sunday lunch today at the Forest Park Hotel today. We were welcome by the receptionist with a warm smile and she confirmed our booking for lunch. We were taken to our table by Tyler and given the lunch time menu and what was on the specials for lunch. He asked what drinks would we like before we ordered our lunch which we ordered . We all ordered the Sunday roast which superb followed by dessert, which again was superb. The service by all of staff was world class, they obviously love working at this lovely location and Hotel and nothing was not to much trouble. I would like to thank the following staff at the New Forest Park Hotel for a fabulous afternoon and food. Restaurant manager Mandy, Tyler, Charlie and Elizabeth. We will be back again - Nick Percy”

“Friendly, helpful staff. Beautifully cooked bespoke breakfast. Served by manager & staff who couldn't be more helpful. Our little group ate here two nights, first night very good, second night food a little over cooked and dry. But edible. Drinks hotel prices, only one real ale on offer. Rooms clean & tidy, could do with a refresh re painting etc. Bed mattress in our room not so good although our friends bed was fine. Booked through travel zoo. All in all great stay & fantastic value.”

“Best pub in Eccles. It's absolutely beautiful. Beer garden is decent enough as well. But the staff are brilliant and an easy place to pop in on your own and have a good hours chat with whoever is about. Stout always well served”

“Lovely, small hotel. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Nice pub too, Excellent breakfast. We stayed one night for the standedge tunnel canoe trip. Stayed here on Friday night and then the owner gave us a lift to marsden on sat morning to join the canoe trip. Diggle end of the tunnel is 200m from the hotel. Recommended.”

“What a pleasant surprise to find a really clean room and hotel; but also to be met by the friendliest receptionist, and assisted by a lovely guy, who carried our ( vast amounts) of luggage up the stairs. Thank you! ( For reference, we checked in at 3.30pm on 4/10/25).”

“Very decent budget hotel. Can’t fault the location. Right next to the train station. But I parked in a very new looking multi-storey NCP a 2 minute walk away. There’s also a handy Sainsburys Local next to the car park. Fairly standard Express room. But everything was in good order and very clean. Nice big walk-in shower with great water pressure. Breakfast quality was very good for this class of hotel and the 2 ladies running the breakfast service were very friendly and efficient.”

“Should've known that writing a review 2 days into a 4 day trip, would've come back to bite me on the back side. We stayed Monday to Thursday in November and on the Wednesday, someone knocked and entered my room without consent or without telling me who they were or why they were coming in. After I had shouted at them to get out they shut the door and walked back out of my accessible room. I got to the door and asked them what they wanted, they said they needed to fit something, never told me what though. Then proceeded to ask if I was going out that day to which I replied, im not sure. We proceeded to go out about an hour later and when we have come back the very thing that was broken, non emergency, was fixed. Again no one asked me to enter. No one asked for consent to enter the room id paid £677 for 3 nights. This is not deemed as an emergency because if it was, you have the right to tell me that and ask for my consent to enter. None of this was done. Id went down to reception who agreed it was out of line. I could've been in a wheelchair, In the shower, deaf, naked, anything, none of which was taken into account account. I was told there was no management there at the time and that I should leave me email for a manager to be in contact. That didn't happen for some days so I took to the IHG app which was also useless because a member of management - James- at the Holiday Inn Manchester told me that they dont correspond with one another so whatever they'd offered me in compensation has nothing at all to do with what theyre willing to do, which is nothing. Id suggest if you have any accessible needs, you do NOT book her as if there is any issues, they fail to deal with them, ignore emails and won't accept or compensate for this mistakes Ive left my initial review there so you can see the stark difference between the two in literally 12hrs Fantastic experience at the holiday inn. I brought my client as we were going to look at canal street etc. I had requested that the bed was made up as 2 singles and it wasnt but they quickly got me another bed and made it up for me. We had I think whats called an accessible room, and the room was stunning. Had all the plug sockets you could need along side usb charging ports. Plenty of lights along side a uv light in the bathroom. Spotlessly clean and the beds were comfy and the rooms were warm. They also had a bath along side a shower. Breakfast was amazing”

“I was delightfully surprised with this stay. The building looks a little drab outside but inside it was a delight. From the warm and friendly staff, to the welcoming lobby, our room was clean and comfortable. Our bed was big and comfortable, the shower provided good hot water and we loved the twirling water shower head. It couldn't be positioned better, in good reach of restaurants, theatre, shopping and Manchester Arena. Excellent breakfast (just not a fan of the powdery scrambled egg!) All in all, enjoyable stay and we will be back.”
