“Room 407 – An Amazing Stay! Our stay in Room 407 was absolutely wonderful! The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The atmosphere was quiet and cozy, making it easy to unwind after a long day. A special shout-out to SABINA and DONNA for providing truly exceptional service. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and cared for throughout our stay — friendly, attentive, and always with a smile. Their professionalism and warmth made a huge difference and turned a great stay into an unforgettable one. “I stayed here for a Dimash Qudaibergen concert on the 12th Nov, 2025 at the Ovo. The hotel was filled with dears (fans) from accross the world. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfie. Breakfast was also amazing, fresh variety of food, good value for money. Overall great hotel I can recommend.”

“Great hotel with a good breakfast. My wife and I stayed here with our 2 grandchildren overnight as we were going to the near by Harry Potter world. Only 20 minutes away. Comfy beds , clean, and great walk in shower with soap/ shampoo / shower gel provided. Also a note saying if you’d forget necessary items ie razor, sanitary towels, toothbrush that the hotel would provide these as a courtesy”

“A great premierrr inn, a stable hotel with high cleanliness and attentive staff. The location is great, 10 minute walk from the train station, close the supermarkets (Sainsbury’s across the road). There is a gym opposite the road (The Gym). Very close to many bars, and restaurants with a theatre just two minute walk away. Attached is a steakhouse, brilliant menu and great food. Price is very reasonable for the quality of the food you receive.”

“I don’t regularly post google reviews but I was so impressed by the weekend I’ve just spent with a group of friends at Nutfield that I felt compelled to tell others. It’s a 4 star hotel but the service is most definitely 5 stars. The friendliest and most helpful staff I can remember coming across at a hotel. We were quite a demanding bunch but nothing was too much trouble.”

“Clean, quiet, and amazing employees. We loved this hotel all 6 nights that we were there. I would definitely stay there again. And the grocery store basically right under it was also nice. You should definitely consider staying in here in ealing if visiting London. It is a charming town with extremely easy access to the city.”

“We stayed here for seven nights during the second week of Wimbledon. The hotel is fun and festive, it is a pub, so it is Lively downstairs, but the festivities always ended by midnight. All the people working there were super nice, and the food that we ordered was great. Would definitely stay there again.”

“Stunning exterior and interior of the hotel. The rooms are beautiful and they have this victorian feel to it. Granted it is not the biggest for the price (Around £190/245usd a night). The only complains were the room doors arent exactly sound proof. You can hear when your neighbours come back and you can hear if people are talking right outside. Probably because the room i stayed in(241) has a visible gap underneath the room door. The ventilation in the bath room dont seem to work well, if you take a hot shower, it fogs up the toilet pretty badly. I mentioned it to the counter staff for maintenance to check and was quickly brushed off with its normal, its like that. The location wise is excellent. It is literally right beside Gloucester station which has Piccadilly line to Heathrow airport. Great connectivity via Central/district lines to the city centre as well. There is a Tesco express just opposite and a larger Sainsbury's supermarket around a 8 mins walk away. Multiple food options are within stone throw. Just the location alone deserves 5 stars. Overall I had a rather pleasant stay.”

“Definitely 5 star review, what a treat! The breakfast was amazing, great location, it was our first time in the UK and we loved it. All the staff are very kind, special mention to Kaio at reception, who checked us in, very helpful with tips, very political and always with a smile, a special mention to the woman who checked us out, unfortunately I can't remember her name but she helped us to book the transfer which was very early in the morning. The spa and indoor facilities were also really good, i already had bad experiences in other Hotels spa facilities, but Pestana Chelsea Bridge did not let us down. The housekeeping was also very good, perfect cleaning always left our room spotless. The general manager should be proud of the team and the way the hotel is organized. Congratulations on that! “I had a great stay at the Premier Inn Hub in Farringdon. The location is excellent — just a short walk from Farringdon Station and surrounded by great cafés, restaurants, and bars. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and very well-designed for a city stay. The room was compact (as expected), but incredibly efficient, with everything I needed: a comfortable bed, smart controls for lighting and temperature, and good soundproofing. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick and smooth. Would definitely stay again — perfect for solo travelers or couples looking for a clean, affordable, and central London base.”

“Very satisfied with our stay at the Hub. The hotel was happy to store our bags prior to check in. The room was spotlessly clean & the beds were comfy (though we did request extra pillows). The nighttimes were peaceful & there was a black out blinds on the window. All the staff, including the duty manager & chefs were very friendly & happy to accommodate my partners dietary requirements and the bar/breakfast are was comfortable. The location was very convenient, as was the 12 noon check out time. I would note even the larger of the rooms are on the small side & perhaps more suitable for a single person and I found the way the lighting in the bathroom was connected to the lighting in the room a little odd.”

“We just used this hotel for one night to see a show. Location was brilliant - a minute from Carnaby Street and Soho. Check in was hassle free, and the room was perfect. Not huge, but there was a classic Premier Inn bed, great shower, and everything you needed for your stay. The room was spotless! Service was excellent. We needed a couple of extra pillows that were provided without fuss. All in all, a nice place for a short stay!”

“If you’re looking for a central spot that’s close to all the go to tourist attractions (buckingham palace, Westminster abbey, etc) this is it! Hotel is clean and beautiful with a great staff and all your standard Marriott amenities with a nice little upgrade. And the view was absolutely unbeatable. They have a full roundabout drop off area which is really great for cab pick up and drop offs, a rarity in the city. We had afternoon tea at the Library which absolutely lived up to its reputation of beautiful views and great tea service. Kings cross was even a quick cab ride away. Overall 10/10 recommend if you’re looking for a comfortable, convenient, and elevated stay in the heart of London.”

“We had a great time at this Premiere Inn. Although twin beds can be a bit comfier overall it was good. The staff was friendly and accomodating. One was a filipina lady who was super helpful and nice! The other 2 indian men on the night shift was also super nice. Thank you”

“This is where I stay every time I visit London. Shoutout to Ron for helping me shift my room from a King to a Twin room. Really easy to get to from Heathrow, Amber (restaurant 1 minute away) is one of my favorite restaurants in the world, and really easy to get to most areas in London within 30 minutes on the train. Plus, loads of great restaurants and bars just up the road within a 15 minute walk. Highly recommend.”

“We are here on a family vacation. The staff have been very helpful and kind. The breakfast was good. As vegetarians, we were offered vegan sausages for breakfast. The room is clean, quiet and comfortable. The area felt safe. Transportation via tube or rail are all in very close proximity. We would highly recommend this place for anyone.”

“St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel London I would love to share my experience as a wedding photographer, having photographed the wedding of two brides at this beautiful London venue. There is absolutely no doubt that this place is visually stunning, offering endless opportunities for photographs. The interiors are truly breathtaking. If the grand exterior impresses you, just wait until you see inside. The staircase is particularly spectacular. As a wedding photographer, I also had the pleasure of working with the venue’s Wedding Events Manager, the wonderful Lauren Franey. I first met her during a pre-wedding recce visit, and her warmth and professionalism made the whole experience even more enjoyable. It was a real privilege to photograph a wedding in such a historic and iconic setting, right in the heart of one of London’s most vibrant areas. If you are planning your wedding and looking for a special place, I recommend a visit to the St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel. I am sure you will be as impressed as I was by the elegance, richness and unique atmosphere of this remarkable venue.”

“Perfect location. The staff made my birthday feel so so special. Upgraded the room free of charge and even left the cutest dessert for me and my partner to enjoy followed by a handwritten note. The staff are all happy to help. The hotel isn’t too loud and is quite quiet until the evening when everyone heads down to eat at the E20 Kitchen. The only issue we had was that our TV in the room wasn’t working but other than that the stay was amazing thank you so much. We will be back :)”

“I recently stayed at the Radisson Canary Wharf and had a genuinely great experience. The hospitality stood out from the moment I arrived — warm, attentive, and professional. “I would like to take this opportunity to say that I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Premier Hub in Haymarket. After a few teething issues when I arrived outwith anyone's control. Staff members Jordan and Stefania were indeed extremely helpful in finding me, a nice clean on suite room at short notice. I found all the facilities to be well maintained and clean and the wider access accessibility entery. All in all it made my stay in Edinburgh all the more enjoyable. “We've often seen a show here for the Fringe but not prepared to pay over the odds for a room. However, we did have a meal here this week which was excellent. It's a small, relaxed bar area. Staff were very welcoming and attentive. Prices surprisingly reasonable too, especially during the Fringe. Will definitely return for a meal on our next visit”

“Was last at this establishment 4 years ago. Booked a bigger room, located on the 5th floor, was very quiet and peaceful, the room had a reasonable view over the rooftops. Largely the room was fine, however small matters like the curling wallpaper and stained carpets tainted our overall experience. On a positive note the bed and bathroom were excellent and we had a good and peaceful sleep each night. Continental breakfast which cost £6pp, was good value and set is up for the day ahead. Brilliant location, very central for transport, shops and eateries.”

“Such a beautiful location. We had the castle view and it was awesome! But what made our trip was the front desk - Alasdair! My mother and I loved him. He is very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and we always hoped he was at the front desk when we came by.
