“Just had an awesome massage with Suriya and I’m seriously impressed. She really knows what she’s doing — super experienced and made me feel comfortable right away. The full body massage was spot on, with deep tissue and lymphatic drainage that actually worked out all the knots. She also did a great foot and face massage, which totally topped it off. I left feeling relaxed, lighter, and like a whole new person. Plus, she’s lovely to chat with, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely booking again. Highly recommend if you need a proper, thorough massage.”

“Such a lovely experience. Had the Mix and Match Spa treatments here today - salt scrub, massage and facial, and can't recommend the spa and the staff highly enough. I'm pregnant and was a little nervous before I went, but my therapist, Aimee, was brilliant. She made sure I was comfy and that my bump was supported throughout. The treatments were excellent and felt like real luxury. Aimee worked specifically on my extra tight muscles - not something you usually get at a cosmetic spa, so that was a huge unexpected bonus. The spa atmosphere itself is lovely, great products and lovely staff throughout my visit. Would definitely recommend!”

Not only did she do a wonderful job of it: my toenails look amazing, my feet feel great and all that in 30 mins or less! There had been a mishap with my booking and very helpfully she squeezed me in before her next appointment. The rush didn't affect quality at all! “We decided to get a hot tub at the same time as the rest of the UK unfortunately!! This meant that every spa we tried to buy from anyone had long lead times, however, most people didn’t tell us at the beginning of the conversation and we almost paid before being told it would be 4 months. It was a very different story with Pool-Spas. Naomi was very clear immediately that there were lengthy lead times on most models and explained why including the manufacturing process. It was very obvious that this was a company that knew their products and manufacturers very well. We selected the model we wanted (Passion Spa Happy) in the finish that was available soonest and were advised it would be available for delivery in a few weeks . Naomi contacted me a couple of days later with the news that the manufacturer no longer had any of that style available in that timeframe so we changed to a different finish. The communication throughout was very professional, pleasant and I truly felt like my business mattered to both Naomi and Neil personally. Even when things went awry due to the manufacturer Naomi herself felt the disappointment as much as I did. There was a slight additional delay on delivery due to earlier explained circumstances but the hot tub arrived on the day and date arranged. 3 men manoeuvred it to our preferred position and very quickly set it up and explained the basics. They were very chatty and lovely fellas who ensured everything was perfect and they also tidied up all the packaging and removed it. The following morning they returned to double check everything and go through all the features and instructions. We could not have asked for a better service and are over the moon with our hot tub. Would highly recommend (and already have!!) well done to you all!!”

“It was a wonderful and relaxing day. All staff very nice and friendly, but Aurora....the girl that give me the treatment.....well she has magic hands. Due to my job i had my back, neck and legs quite stiff and painful. She took my pain off and honestly i felt like a new born. Just floating after this wonderful treatment. If you feel tired, or just want to relax after a hard working week i totally recomend Pure Spa&Beauty Newhaven and ask for Aurora. She is "incroyable" like the french say.”

Agreed on brow shape and colour and both turned out great. First time leg wax was easy and fast too. The working area was clean with a nice ambiance and Tracy was lovely and easy to talk to.”
