“Today I finally used a gift card at The Spa and I am so annoyed that I haven’t been here sooner! Being a person who doesn’t go to spas, salons & hairdressers etc I always feel abit out of place when I do go but I didn’t feel that once during my visit at The Spa. My therapist, Jenna made the whole experience 5 stars. I booked the Spa Starter which includes a Back Massage, Facial & either a Manicure or Pedicure. Before starting the back massage, Jenna asked about any problem areas and pressure and then checked in again once she started which was ideal. The facial was one of the best I’ve ever had and I went into having my manicure SO relaxed. It was really lovely to have the same therapist do all my treatments as I felt really well looked after and didn’t feel rushed or passed from pillar to post. Jenna was so friendly and is a great asset to the team. I’d highly recommend and I can’t wait to book in again.”

“Not long back from getting the grandson's hair cut for his annual school photo tomorrow - what can I say. Did not have an appointment but they went out of their way to accommodate him. As he has autism sitting in one place especially somewhere he didn't know can be difficult but the girl was very patient and worked as quickly and gently as she could. The end result is great - going to be one very smart young man at school tomorrow.”

“I have been going here for over two years now. Was a little nervous when Onah started training up the guys and letting them loose on my nails … I had only trusted Onah before. I worried needlessly my nails are as beautiful as ever … perfectly shaped and the choice of colours never fails to amaze me . Opted for the nicest two tone purple. Had loads of lovely comments about my nails as normal.. well done the training is paying off !!”

“We enjoyed a one night stay here for a special birthday a few weeks ago. Our party booked 3 manor house master rooms which were all lovely and a great size. Our room Eastcote, was starting to to show a little bit of wear in a few places but overall it was very comfortable, especially the bed. We had dinner at the Warwick restaurant and absolutely loved it, the 5 course tasting menu was excellent and we felt reasonably priced for the quality. Breakfast was included with our stay and it didn't disappoint though the service was rather slow. We stayed with our dog and he was also made to feel welcome, a table was even set up in the lounge for us so that he could join us for breakfast! The grounds are large enough for a 20 minute walk and he was allowed to be left alone in the room while we had dinner. A bed and water bowl was provided along with a few poo bags and a packet of treats. Service through our stay overall was excellent and we felt very well looked after and we will certainly return.”

I've gotten acrylic many times and can always tell which ones will be durable, the technician was so thorough and did all these new steps to ensure they are done with good quality. And the precision she took with the white tips was incredible! Definitely would recommend.”

“10/10 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and spa. Lots of free parking available on arrival we were offered a complimentary cookie (vegan and gluten free option available) which was a lovely touch. The spa was beautiful and treatments were amazing. All the staff were lovely and helpful. The room was also very nice and clean. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The food in the garden room was amazing thanks to the chef James and our server Ava was amazing and made sure my dietary requirements were met. Breakfast was also great. Overall 10/10 experience and I’ll be back”

“Met with the lovely Devin today who settled me in. Once she was ready I was taken the room where the environment immediately began to calm and relax me. I recieved a deluxe massage and facial from Devin. It was amazing, she knows all the right spots, the right amount of pressure and technique. She was amazing with her hands and checked in with me along the way to make sure i was ok. I felt like I was transported to another world, and now leaving here I immediately want to go back. Thank you so much Devin for a wonderful end to my stay in Edinburgh.”
