Tasted like real Eastern European cooked in the home, which is actually what the lovely host told us: all cooked by his wife. Unbelievable desert, nothing was too heavy, but rich and layered tastes. Wine didn't disappoint either. Looking forward to trying again!”

A relaxing drink at the bar and when you get to the table the quality of tapas is outstanding - don’t confuse what they do here with cheap chain restaurant tapas - this is VERY high quality & different- Lamb Biriyani Tacos, Roasted carrot tarte tatin! I know my wines & here they serve good wines, not wines you can get everywhere! Our last meal here was a birthday celebration and we were really looked after- please pay a visit and see my photos”

“Found this by chance when walked near the Victoria Town Hall. I saw good review on Google map and never regret with my decision to give a try and the influence of the good reviews. The lamb is super yummy, when I start eating I was doubting was I ordering a beef steak but it wasn’t, is lamb. I’m very impressed with the texture and the taste of the gravy. Excellent! The appetisers and snacks are all yummy and served in style. This is a place where you see the restaurant manager guiding the trainee students and they execute their role up to standard. I’m not sure who is the lady that guiding the trainees but I just very certain she is a great person to take care of the restaurant and the trainees. She oversees the overall services and the training. Impressive! And Appreciate!”

“I bought my mum here for her birthday, along with my sister and husband. We absolutely loved everything about the food. It was beautiful and SO flavourful. We had the 7 course tasting menu (and there was also 3 amuse bouche, a bread and 3 petit fours) and we were left full but not uncomfortably so, and definitely not hungry. The staff are very knowledgeable about the processes that go into the food and drink. They gave my mum a wee birthday card which was lovely. My husband and I recently ate at Gauthier Soho and we enjoyed the food at the atmosphere at Land much more. Highly recommend to vegans and omnis alike!”

“I rate this curry house very highly. I’ve been here 5 times now and each time the food and service has been outstanding. The food is cooked fresh to order and is of a high standard. I like the way the chef (Bash) comes out a chat to customers and nothing is too much trouble. “We came here first time and we didn't left disappointed. The food was amazing! It's definitely the best Polish restaurant we ever been! We had Żurek to start. For the second course we had Veal cabbage rolls with forest mushroom sauce (Gołabki z cielęciną z sosem grzybowym). I recommend it to everyone it was so delicious. Also we had Beef roulade (Rolada Śląska) witch was perfect in every way. In the end of course I couldn't not have dessert so I had Apple pie (Szarlotka). Compliments to the schef for cooking such an amazing food. The service was very nice and professional (Thank You Klaudia). We also wanted to thank the very nice and so welcoming owner. The food was phenomenal. I had a lamb shank which melted off the bone. We had a seafood starter and the haloumin which was grand. Nicholas was a gem. “One of Edinburgh's best kept secrets! Situated on Edinburgh College's Milton Road campus, the delicious meals are cooked and served by students of the college. There may be a bit of a wait or occasional mix ups as the young people are mastering their hospitality journal but any misstep is more than made up for by the quality of the food, the local, seasonal ingredients and the happy atmosphere. A very economical way to experience really good food. The views are really nice too.”

“We stayed one night to do the vineyard tour and tasting We decided to have lunch before hand, and it was so lovely to enjoy the sunshine and try some wines before hand. The lunch menu was extensive and the food was beautifully presented and very flavoursome with garnishes that complimented the dishes perfectly. We also join the restaurant for Dinner and again were not disappointed. My partner even had a birthday dessert cheesecake. Nothing was too much for trouble for any of the serving staff and the gentleman who greeted us was outstanding throughout our whole stay, unfortunately we didn't get his name.”
