βThis place is so, so good. The ownerβs were so kind and talked to us about our trip. I had the garlic pizza bread and then split the homemade chocolate cake and tiramisu with two other people. βTry to go there monthly. My partner is vegan and their entire menu has a vegan alternative. 20% discount on all vegan dishes on Thursdays. Li is a wonderful hostess and her staff are amazing. A new range of low or no alcohol drinks have really improved things as we live in the middle of nowhere and I have to drive. Look out for her tasting evenings and the occasional theme night. The Vietnamese curry is to die for. Hope your ankle mends quickly Li.β

βI think all my other reviews of other restaurants need to go down one star after our meal here. What I really loved about this restaurant over other similar bracket places is that it was exquisite food but never felt pretentious. The food was incredible and the wine pairing was devine. I have always been a bit disappointed with Tokaji before but their selection is by far and the best I have had from Hungary. Staff were amazingly friendly and courteous - really helped to enhance the intimate feel of the venue. Chef coming out and explaining the food was a nice touch. Highlights for me was the rainbow trout course.. that was just incredible.. and the Cevennes Onion - I can see why it is their signature dish.. I could keep waxing superlatives but all I can say is do come and try it and you will see what i mean.. Will be back for my wifes birthday later in the year!β

βWe came here for an informal meal to mark my youngest daughterβs birthday who also happens to have some allergies. We were very compassionately taken care of and the service was completely impeccable. Great tasting swiftly served meals with good portion sizes. I would recommend anyone to experience Antika with its cozy ambience and service. Everything from the Lamb chops to the lamb shanks were wonderful. Also the food was HALAL! βWow, what an incredible experience the 16 course dinner was. The thought, preparation, skill and imagination that went into the whole experience was exceptional. From the chefs serving the dishes and sharing how they came about to the incredible tastes and flavour combinations. The teamwork, personality and passion came across in spades from the whole team. Jean is a genius, we were blown away by-the whole experience and I have never tasted such exceptional food. The price is not cheap, as you would expect, but it was worth every penny. The dishes for my vegetarian gluten free wife were incredible and not the usual afterthought that the majority of restaurants serve. Thank you for the best meal we have ever tasted.
