“We popped in to have a look at dining tables one evening and really impressed with the range on display. A very friendly sales consultant, Jayne Sargeant, came to see if we needed any help and showed us a variety of options based on our needs and requirements. She was very helpful and went through the various options open to us - helping us to move some chairs around to see which styles and colours would go with our shortlist of tables. She gave us some great advice about sizes and the various table extension mechanisms. We decided to go away and have a think about the colours and styles we wanted. We came back a few days later when we knew Jayne would be in and she again helped us talk through our shortlist and move chairs around again! She was very patient with us and nothing was too much trouble. We had our two young boys with us and she kindly gave them hot chocolate and warm chocolate chip cookies! We enjoyed a cheeky latte and cookie ourselves too. Jayne was very helpful and friendly, explaining all our options to us. She even got us a really good deal! He went above and beyond with getting the blade flat and sharp, and set it up beautiful, giving me some fantastic advice! It's my Grandad's old plane so I'm absolutely thrilled to have it working, and cannot thank Nathaniel enough. “We first frequented this store on New Year’s Day (‘24) after visiting many other sofa stores. We dealt with Darren who was very good. He knows his stuff, listens to what you want as a customer and helpfully suggests styles, features, colours and materials without being pushy. We found our perfect sofa but couldn’t make a firm decision on colour, so we left but ordered some samples on-line which once they arrived a few days later really helped make our choice for us. We have since returned to the branch to order the sofa through Darren - Only fair as he spent the time with us advising/selling a couple of weeks back. I should say that out of all the sofa/furniture stores at this retail park Furniture Village impressed us the most with the presentation in general, cleanliness, easy-going salesman etc.”
