“Came here for Slim Chickens a few weeks ago. They didn't accept Slim Chickens vouchers off app so bear that in mind. But the service was brilliant. We went around 6pm. It wasn't too busy but busy enough. Got served after a few minutes, ordered what we wanted. Were advised coffee machine was broken. Ordered and had tea instead to drink and Fanta. Food came out in about 5 or 10 minutes to the table which was brill. Told them the tea pot was leaking everywhere and she said it's happened often and brought over the better tea pots they had. Excellent customer service. Food was lovely. Would definitely come back.”

“Came in to Reece’s cafe 4/10/25 with my daughter for a breakfast and a cheeky pistachio hot chocolate and vanilla latte the food was cooked well, presented well and tasted wonderful just what we needed on this cold day the staff were super helpful and food was served with a smile. “Now head and shoulders the best cafe in the area. The food is delicious and the place is spotlessly clean. I had been there before new management took over and sadly couldn't say that same thing about the place previously, so I went elsewhere for months. I'm so glad I noticed the change of hands as this place is more conveniently placed for me. If I have a complaint, it would be that the queue can sometimes be quite long at busy times as the word is spreading (food isn't cooked well in advance and left sitting around for hours like it so often is at these places to chuck food out quickly and get the money in, and it shows - you can taste the difference), but now I phone orders through beforehand if I'm in a real hurry so there's no problem. Either way, it's worth the wait unless you literally want to eat 'junk' food. There are no queues at bad cafes! Like any other decent eatery, if you want a bigger breakfast than the set ones on the menu, you don't go without your 8 (!!) pieces of meat and all the trimmings and moan about it... you just ask. Value for money genuinely isn't an issue here unless you're happy to eat poor quality ingredients. It's good to see so much effort being made to set up a new business and trying so hard to do things properly in challenging times.”

“We moved to the area recently and wanted to try a place that sells real traditional oven baked neopolitan style pizza. We make pizza ourselves at home time to time, so we know what a good pizza is like. We ordered 3 times and the pizzas were amazing every time. We are very satisfied and will definitely order again.”

“We popped in Thursday 11th September after seeing a video on TikTok and it did not disappoint. We got there around 12pm, right in the middle of the rush, but it didn’t affect the service at all. The staff were all smiles, really friendly, and our food came out quicker than expected considering how busy it was. The place had such a nice atmosphere lots of people chatting, laughing and just enjoying themselves. We also grabbed a few bits to take home for the family. We’ll definitely be back.”

“Me and my sister took my nieces on a shopping trip yeserday to spend their birthday money. I wanted to treat them to lunch and chose the Victorian Coffee Lounge, having been there before by myself a few ptimes and liking it. The staff are friendly, smiley and helpful. The food is delicious. We ordered toasties and sandwices which all came with a side salad and coleslaw. After that, some cake. It was hard to choose because they all looked good. Youngest niece opted for a banana split ice cream instead, and her face lit up when she saw it. If you are a fan of ice-cream or milkshakes (as well as coffee and cake), they have a great selection here. We'll definitely come again.”

I asked personally a question to which I had spoken to Ross he answered my question was polite and curtious and very helpful.”
