“I visited today for the first time & Izabela was AMAZING. I found her through a google search after an awful experience at another salon & I’m so glad I did! The wax was virtually pain free, her experience shows in her work & she was incredibly reassuring throughout. She made me feel welcome from the start, was professional & thorough, and has given me the best wax I’ve ever had. The salon is very clean and Izabela made a point of showing me that the wax sticks are never double dipped to ensure good hygiene between clients. We consulted at the start of the appointment where she explained the different waxes & why she was using 2 different ones and the benefits of doing this which was above and beyond any salon I’ve been to before.
