“I had such a wonderful experience at Bella Italia! The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. Every dish tasted authentic and exceeded my expectations. What really made the visit stand out was the service. Madi and Destiny took care of us, and she was fantastic from start to finish. She was polite, attentive, and went out of her way to be helpful and accommodating, always with a warm smile. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality these days, but Madi made the whole dining experience extra special. I’ll definitely be coming back — both for the amazing food and the outstanding service. The menu was entirely vegan, featuring delicious options such as Masala Mushrooms, Masala Chips, a Samosa and Pakora Box, Vegan Chicken Tikka Naan and Chips, and a rich Vegan Lamb Curry served with Basmati Rice. Each dish was packed with authentic, fresh flavors that were truly impressive. The service was equally outstanding. “Not a bad lil bar, we've visited a couple of times, one of the few places you can get inch's cider which is a favourite with us. We've eaten here before and it's good quality food, actually better than I was expecting but not quite the restaurant quality it's priced at. Good selection of drinks, priced similar to The Sunbeam and George Wallis, with the food, the outdoor area and sports on I can't help but think this place would be jam packed if they priced closer to Billy Wright or The Old Still. The outdoor area is really lovely, tucked away as it is the surrounding buildings dampen the traffic noise and the trees add shade and also help give the impression you're not in the middle of town. The plastic wicker chairs are really comfortable the whole area was clean and tidy, a really nice place to relax and sink a couple of cold ones after shopping before heading home.”

“Due to mixed reviews, I had a menu through my letterbox it's says new management,so I thought we try it I haven't used oriental chef for 3 years. (I only had vegan food) Vegan fried rice,vegan chicken curry and vegan chicken balls. I liked it. Big difference compared to 3 years ago. The curry is flawless, not much oil”

“Came here for Slim Chickens a few weeks ago. They didn't accept Slim Chickens vouchers off app so bear that in mind. But the service was brilliant. We went around 6pm. It wasn't too busy but busy enough. Got served after a few minutes, ordered what we wanted. Were advised coffee machine was broken. Ordered and had tea instead to drink and Fanta. Food came out in about 5 or 10 minutes to the table which was brill. Told them the tea pot was leaking everywhere and she said it's happened often and brought over the better tea pots they had. Excellent customer service. Food was lovely. Would definitely come back.”

“Authentic Caribbean food done vegan! The cakes at Leah's Place are wonderfully soft, you can't tell that they're free from. They offer great variety too, such as brownies, carrot cake, and raspberry and coconut cake. The hot meal options are lovely too, including Mac and cheese, mutton and rice and peas and salt fish fritters - all vegan, of course! Highly recommend.”

“Very nice modern bistro with lovely welcoming staff, knowledgeable waiters and great food. Beef burger was amazing with a lovely dry aged taste and excellent beef patty. Nice quality bun. Overall very good meal for £17, a bit pricy but you taste the quality. Keen to return for the steak. Decent wine selection also.”

I especially loved the hot, fresh naan served with hummus and the delicious sauces — such a perfect combination. The platter was fantastic, full of flavour and beautifully presented. “Have been here a few times for a decent sandwich at lunch time. Got a fresh counter to pick from, bread pudding, sausage rolls, cooked breakfasts, samosas, chilled soft drinks it’s got everything you need. The staff are beyond lovely here, all local and really make you feel like you’re popping to see a member of the family, it’s really nice. Place gets pretty busy fast and then goes quiet again, very unpredictable but worth the wait. On street parking is a nightmare at times, busy bit of road so be mindful of that.”

“Came in to Reece’s cafe 4/10/25 with my daughter for a breakfast and a cheeky pistachio hot chocolate and vanilla latte the food was cooked well, presented well and tasted wonderful just what we needed on this cold day the staff were super helpful and food was served with a smile. “What a find! Our usual café of choice for brunch when we are down in Tettenhall was fully booked so we tried Vanilla. We were given a very warm welcome, were seated immediately by a friendly & efficient waitress and we both thoroughly enjoyed a delicious & generous full english. We returned 5 days later and had the same experience. On this occasion I had the avocado smash & my husband a breakfast sandwich. Yummy & great VfM. They have a loyalty coupon too. We'll definitely be back to our new café of choice!”

We had the four courses and thought the food was perfect. There's lots of choice for drinks too, non-alcoholic, wines, beers, spirits and cocktails. The restaurant has a very friendly and warm atmosphere, so this is a great place for a date, meal with a friend or to celebrate a birthday or anniversary.”
