They are always making sure that you feel comfortable, providing you a beautiful and clean house with the most important thing: you will be living with the right housemates, with whom you will get along for sure! Their team is available for support, providing you anything that you would require for your home and always making sure that everything works properly. It took me a while to find a house in Birmingham. But when I spoke with Dan on the phone, I instantly had the feeling that my problem was solved. When I went to see the house, which was being refurbished at the time, I booked the room straight away! I am so glad to have lived in this house, and there's no doubt that I will contact them again to live in one of their houses, as soon as I move back to Birmingham.”

“Beware there are 2 Hertz offices shown by Google in Telford and I went to the wrong one initially. I think Hertz should have Google correct this. However, once there, the staff were very friendly and helpful and called a taxi for me to get to the train station. The taxi arrived in 5 minutes and its a 15 minute journey at most, to Telford Central at about £6 fare.”
