We went this morning for breakfast with Santa, all staff were delightful. Always greeted and seated promptly, Emma took our order swiftly and between her and the rest of the team looked after us well. Mrs Claus came and collected us to go see Santa, who was delightful. I would 100% recommend the harvester for breakfast as well as breakfast with Santa.
Helen provided outstanding service and was absolutely wonderful with the children. She was patient, kind, and engaging, which made everyone feel comfortable right away. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly stood out, and she went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend breakfast with Santa to anyone, especially families with children.
4 of us had a pre wedding breakfast here. One of the best breakfasts ever. The food was cooked and presented perfectly. Tasted superb. Emma looked after us so well also. Would highly recommend.
Had a beautiful meal here yesterday (22/07/2025), it was a last minute booking as we booked while we were on the road to Tamworth. Stopped here and so glad we did. The staff were wonderful, very helpful, happy and chatty. They couldn't do enough for us. They straight away asked for allergens when ordering food which was good. I believe out server was called Poppy? I could be wrong, but she was super nice. The food was incredible, cooked lovely and super tasty! And ofcourse, the legendary salad bar. My partner made a drink and the syrup was running low and within seconds it was replaced, very efficient. We were asked if we had the app to get discounts and points, to which we did. Loved the £8 Chicken Tuesday deal. Will definitely visit again if in the area.
Have visited here a few times and it’s now our favourite Harvester. Today we were served by Hannah and the service was great. She was patient with our children and couldn’t do enough to help us. Every member of staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. The food was all delicious too. A very pleasant experience despite the heat.
My husband and I shared a lovely breakfast together last weekend. We hadn't booked but the staff found us a table straight away. Everyone was extremely friendly and happy to help. Our main server was 'Natasha' who we found to be helpful, polite and very obliging. The food came out quickly even though they were very busy. Everything was as we ordered and came out piping hot. Great service and we will definitely be returning. Well done all
We booked a table for a lovely family meal out and the seven of us were sat at a big round table where we were looked after my Gary. The food was great! First time in a decade that I've had a good meal from a Harvester. All the staff were polite, the salad bar was in a fantastic condition and well stocked. The meat on the main meal was succulent and tasty (I had the second to largest Chicken and Ribs meal). Desserts were really nice too and didn't taste of over sugared whipped cream. We had seen that Gary was having a tough shift with everything from wrong orders sent out from the bar to glasses being hid in menus and getting smashed. Despite all of this Gary remained smiling, polite and kept a great sense of humour. If we didn't live out of the area we would return frequently and we hope that both this Harvester and others, continue to cherish such staff members. (and don't forget that a little tip for good service can go a long way).
Never have I experienced more attentive and friendly staff (special mention to Lauren). Nothing was too much bother and all staff went out of their way to make our visit great! Free Salad bar is a bonus and although you can no longer add things yourself, the staff are very generous with the portions. I had steak sandwich which was nice but the four stars and not five are because the bun was slightly soggy at the bottom and the steak a little fatty. Would definitely return!
