   Had the sunday festive dining menu. Had the pan roast turkey crown .. was very dissapointed with it , was like a small sausage roll with too much salt . £50 for three courses but the coffee was £7.50 on top .. then charged £10 per head service charge.. service was very slow approx 30 mins for drinks .. . Wouldnt recommend it .Very poor .

   Excellent hotel, very friendly staff. However the breakfast service was slow and we only just had time to eat our breakfast as we had to catch a train. The staff were apologetic but we had to rush our food and this meant we didn't enjoy the experience. Next time we will have cereal.

   A restful overnight stay. The staff are really excellent. The grounds were just right for an afternoon walk before sunset. We had a small plates dinner in the bar rather than the full meal in the restaurant. Bar staff were really knowledgeable about cocktails, and the food service was impeccable. Left the following day after a leisurely breakfast, feeling happy and refreshed.

   We had a brilliant stay. Lovely relaxed family atmosphere. The staff are absolutely fabulous! All of them helpful and couldn't do enough for us ! This hotel meets a variety of needs and has lovely balance of being homely and professional all at the same time ! We needed an extra night and the staff bent over backwards to meet our needs. I needed extra support for the environment for my elderly mother and the staff found me what I needed immediately!

   I have given 5 stars all round. Today my wonderful mum celebrated her 92nd birthday which occasioned our first visit for afternoon tea. The location is stunning. The warmth of the greeting was delightful, the ambience and atmosphere was second to none, and as for the food and drinks... excellent. Especial thanks to Harry for looking after us so professionally and mums birthday card was a lovely touch too. We will be back for Xmas. The Jansen family.

   We love this place! We have become quite regular diners at Brockencote and every time our experience has been impeccable, the service, the attention detail the attentiveness of staff and the food…the food is just perfection, delicious and beautiful in equal measure, super value for money too.

   We had our wedding here in May 2022 and it was the most fantastic hotel and venue for our day. The staff team are what makes this place what it is. Genuine, kind, friendly, and will go the extra mile. Everyone commented what a family feel the place had about it and we couldn’t agree more. The hotel itself and the grounds are nothing short of stunning. The bedrooms are all beautifully decorated and super clean. The food is incredible so if you have a chance to eat at the restaurant I would highly recommend! We look forward to returning and would recommend this hotel to anyone, whether that’s an overnight stay you are looking for or a place to host an event - look no further than Brockencote Hall.

   Beautiful stay. So relaxing. Serving staff delightful. Gorgeous food. Lovely interiors. Always make a mess with the bill (think lack of attention to detail rather than anything devious) so keep an eye on that!
