   I can’t believe what I turned up to today. I’d booked and paid my deposit with you over the phone on the 5th when your staff must have known you would no longer be open! To turn up for my hen do and your drive be gated off after I’d had a confirmation email from you yesterday is unbelievable! Having to explain to friends and family, some who had travelled an hour to be there, that the venue was shut down is disgraceful. Why take my £65 deposit if you knew you were shutting down?

   Visited this place yesterday for the first time. It is based in a beautiful location, in Kinver. The interior was nicely set up and staff were very attentive and provided us with a good service. I thought the food was exceptional, there were three of us amd we each had the Trough for one. There was a real nice taste of smoke and we enjoyed every bite. We were so full we couldn't fit in any Gelato, which means I will have to return and try a smaller dish next time. We'll done guys !

   Visited on a Sunday, and itvwas surprisingly quiet. Very clean and a big space, with some interesting decor. We were quickly sat at a table, and our order was quickly taken, but the food and drink service was a bit on the slow side. We had the pulled pork burrito, great flavour, well filled and more than enough for one and the lamb. The lamb was big, again more than enough for one, with fantastic flavour and perfectly cooked and pink in the middle. The only issue was the lamb was very fatty. I accept that lamb is a fatty meat, but this found there was an excessive amount, this could just be pot luck. I swapped the fries for dirty dog fries, I wish I had stuck with the sweet potato as the dirty dog were underwhelming. My son had tke kids burger, he ate every bit and reported it was fantastic Over all very good, would possibly try again if in the area.

   So we were given a voucher for two afternoon teas with prosecco at Dunsley Hall Hotel but agreed to swap it at Madhatters for a picnic bench for two with ice-cream instead of prosecco. Great decision. Jodie and the team were great and the picnic bench is a mixture of savoury and sweet that really works. Tasty and very filling. I particularly liked the fact that my ice-cream was made on-site and dairy free but also free of gums like xanthan, guar and carob that you find in so many products. We really enjoyed our visit and look forward to another happy return.

   It is surprisingly quiet in Harley's Smoke House when it's such a gem! The food is delicious, the burger was homemade and the chips too. The coleslaw was delicious and the burrito... Mammoth in size. Absolutely brilliant place. Dessert, the long kebab looking thing was amazing! A real treat. Will certainly return for more.

   Good food and a very nice setting. Staff could have been a little more attentive but they were very pleasant when there. The coast to coast isn't the best but the food was solid. My wife's burger was better than my steak which needed a bit of seasoning. Very enjoyable though!

   We were looking for an authentic smoke house and we were not disappointed. The food is fantastic. If you like ribs, wings, pork belly, etc .. we can't recommend Harley's highly enough. The staff are all so friendly and the atmosphere is wonderful. We can't wait to return to relax in the orangery and take it easy in the tea room. We have the huge range of cakes and gelato in our sights .. looks like we will be making many more visits! We understand they have many events and special evenings lined up ... see you there! ..
