We arrived at spice of India uneasy due to the outside looking like a pub once we had sat down and had a look at the menu we was feeling abit better about the place until we ordered our food. There was a good deal of courses for £17 the starter came out and it was nothing special the chicken i got was tasteless and was like chewing on sir but nothing big to moan about until the main came out the chicken massala i got tasted nothing like any other indian i have gotten before and had a very dish soap taste to all of the meal jot sure was that was about but my mate had ordered something else cant remember what now but the food came out and half way through him eating it he had a massive long piece of hair in his mouth we complained about it to them and their response was that it wasnt their hair now considering there was 3 lads on a table with very short hair im not sure who’s else’s hair it could have been apart from their chefs they wasnt willing to even help us out with a refund of sort even just for his meal but instead offered him a new meal after already being almost full from his meal he had just ordered. DONT COME HERE

100% would recommend. Local Indian reasturante. Staff very friendly and the food is top quality. The level of service is what you'd expect from an Indian reasturante. No request is an issue. Amazing 5 course deal for £16 something. See pictures.

Called here on a Saturday night The food was great and we were made to feel welcome My partner is a coeliac and this place went above and beyond to make her feel welcome, they were aware and understanding of the condition

Fantastic food, great prices and a warming atmosphere. Would benefit from playing traditional music.

I've been working around Widnes now for a couple of months and my only regret is that I didn't discover this place till a couple of weeks ago. These guys knock the spots of their southern competition. Their prices in this current financial situation is borderline charity compared to prices around Essex, their service is unbeatable. Even with a takeaway you get all the extras you would only expect in the restaurant like poppadoms and dips and the quality of their curries is fantastic. I'm a lamb man and everytime it was cooked to perfection. Thank you guys will always stop by when I'm around these parts

Great place to eat, whether it is a normal day/night or over the Chrustmas period. You cannot fault the food, the chicken chaat starter is to die for, the service is absolutely excellent (they work hard but they do have plenty of staff), staff are all happy and very friendly and efficient and courteous. Excellent value for money too. Thank you Ash and Mijan and team for another excellent family meal x
