   Hidden gem. Ask for halal swaps to any breakfast. Highly recommend the AMERICAN breakfast — ask for turkey rashers and chicken sausages!

   Lovely little cafe bar. My second time visiting. Service was fast, food was nice, and staff were friendly. Wheelchair accessible. Coffee is magnificent, along with all the fresh cakes. Ice cream and many desserts are available. You can view the entire selection of cakes. Perfect for families and grandparents' treats. They also do a fabulous Sunday dinner, and the price is reasonable, with portions big enough that I haven't left hungry, just full. Plenty of space, no cramped tables and chairs. Toilets are on-site, and there's a lovely garden seating area too, inside the garden center. Parking is free, with plenty of spaces. Staff are polite, and the cafe queue goes down quickly. Would recommend.

   Unfortunately, I didn’t have a nice experience at this café. They leave young kids at the till to take orders, which leads to terrible mistakes, mainly because the child is related to the owner. Taking orders should be done by an adult or a young person with adult supervision. The staff, including the owner, were very rude and unpleasant. There was no compensation for mistakes made at the till that ruined our family’s dinner, and I was made to pay for their error. Staff always seem to argue, and there is noticeable tension. They are unorganised and unprofessional. The quality of meals and cakes has gone downhill while prices have increased. We paid premium money for tasteless meals that none of us enjoyed. It seems the focus is more on money than on good service. We will be looking elsewhere to spend our money.

   Hidden gem in an unlikely surrounding! Why didn't I do this before? In my previous visits to this local garden centre it never occurred to me to try the café - until I needed to waste some time waiting for a decidedly dodgy car-valeting. My loss, it seems. Situated in a locally popular independent garden centre, it's not the place for a quiet candle-lit supper (although their extensive menu could easily handle that, were it a proposition). So based on a simple lunch of a falafel wrap served with a simple salad (or chips, see picture...) I take my hat off to them for the quality of the food that they serve. Served with simple good service, immaculately clean cutlery and bursting with flavour, this has to be eaten to be believed. Well done, and thank you! The atmos is more local swimming pool than bistro - but it is inside a garden centre and clearly popular with those 'in the know'. So that is not really something that I care to drop points over. I wish them well and will definitely visit regularly in future.

   Lovely little local cafe, seamed very clean and new. I had Halal Breakfast - Chicken sausage, turkey bacon, eggs, hash brown, toast and beans. All made fresh. Staff were friendly food was made fairly quickly. Will be returning

   Excellent discovery thanks to Google Maps! This cafe is located inside the garden centre, and was very busy when we arrived. The food was excellent quality and the staff were very attentive and polite. The food took time to arrive, however the decor and ambience of the cafe is spot on. They have an excellent menu with an option for halal breakfast! The place was buzzing with people and although quite crowded it felt really pleasant. Really pleased with our lunch. Will definitely be coming here again and would highly recommend it to others for a nice weekend breakfast/ lunch.
