Really attentive customer service, fantastic atmosphere, resonable prices. Good selection on menu. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Also sold on site are authentic rugs, cushions, mats and some food goods. Pay for parking in the nearby market carport. Accessibility may be an issue for some. Will definitely be going again.

A great location on The Rows in Chester to meet friends. The staff are always very welcoming and knowledgeable about the menu. We chose Tavuk Sis, a chicken kebab served with rice, fresh salad, flatbread and minted yoghurt. A good size portion and delicious. The other choice was a Mezze plate with halloumi, beef sausage, olives, hummus, borek bread aubergine dip. All the food was fresh and tasty. We had coffees and teas to drink, served with a tiny Turkish Delight. A wide selection of beers and wines are available. For desert we chose peacan pie and baklava served with ice-cream. Both sweet and delicious. The restaurant sell a range of authentic Turkish products from wines and coffees to beautiful fabrics. I picked up a rustic Christmas stocking in a kiln fabric for the bargain price of Β£5. A great restaurant to visit in the heart of Chester!

βIf you're looking for an unforgettable meal in Chester, make your way to Pars Kahve on Watergate Street. This Turkish restaurant is a genuine hidden gem that manages to nail the trifecta: atmosphere, quality, and value. βThe moment you step inside, you're greeted by a good decor that feels both modern and authentically Mediterranean. Itβs warm, inviting, and makes for a lovely backdrop whether youβre meeting friends or enjoying a date night. βBut the real star here is, of course, the food. The dishes are consistently amazing, packed with fresh, vibrant flavours that truly elevate traditional Turkish cuisine. One of the best things about Pars Kahve is the menuβs versatilityβit works perfectly for both brunch and dinner. You can pop in for a brilliant Turkish breakfast or meze platter in the day, or enjoy rich, charcoal-grilled mains in the evening. βBest of all, this quality doesn't come at a premium. The pricing is wonderfully reasonable, making it an affordable luxury for anyone in Chester. Pars Kahve delivers a high-end dining experience without the high-end bill. Highly, highly recommended

Lovely stylised seating area outside, lovely clean and stylish inside. Owned and run by a lovely husband and wife ( he is from istanbul) he was super friendly, couldn't do enough to ensure all his customers were happy. He even brought a small sample of feta and watermelon for my husband. The mezze dishes were really tasty and fresh. The bread hot and replenished for the hummus of you needed more. Food was delicious and we would highly recommend eating here. They also sell cushions/ rugs/ wine/ jewellery to take away, as well as proper Turkish delight and bags of tea and coffee etc. Good selection of wines and spirits, nice place just for drinks. The lagers were good too. The brunch menu also looked good. We will definately be visiting again.

Such a gorgeous and tasty place to eat. We sat outside on the cushions and it was very relaxing. The pistachio coffee, even though its caffeine free, was just amazing. I'm going to come back again just to try that again! The food was also great and very authentic. I'm not sure how you make the houmous but it was very very tasty!

Tried out this new Turkish Kitchen and Bazaar tucked away on the rows near the Cross at the centre of Chester. It has a nice atmosphere and you can sit outside on the stallboards of the Rows on cushions. Its a bit cold outside when it is not the summer. Parts of the Rows are closed due to a new hotel development, so you have to go up the steep steps from Watergate Street to the Rows. There is also inside and outside seating as well.

Loved my visit! The staff could not have been friendlier. I had a Turkish tea and some baklava, and both were delicious. I heard another customer say it was the best baklava she'd ever eaten, and I very much agree. I'll most definitely be back soon!
