Bought a Garmin vivomove Sport from Argos. Today I wanted to return because this model doesn't support contactless payments. But, guess what, because I connected the watch with my phone,didn't want to get it back. The watch still has the protection film , full box, never been on my hand and I could reset from factory in store. But because I told them the reason for return,no chance. I will never buy things from Argos.

Poor customer service. Bought headphones unused she didn't even check the date I bought them which was the day before and couldn't use her common sense and do that. Teach ur staff to use initiative and not blindly follow the manager as managers are not always right. Other store was able to successfully do refund with no problems and did all the necessary checks
