   Paid alot of money for my daughters 8th party, Needed a stress free party and far from got stress free, The party room was to small for 20 children we added an extra table on and the children was practically sat in the door way, The menu had changed with no notification I had alot of children with needs and the safe food was hot dogs my only child included to be told it had phased out and its now chips! The children got their food at 1:10 and was told abruptly by a staff member at 1:25 they had 5 mins to finish their food or it was being taken away (after spending over £400 on a party i dont think so!) They had no idea who was jumping and who wasn't even though on arrival I listed every child so all waivers had been signed and we went through it on the computer and the staff approached me constantly saying something doesn't add up so I spent the first 30 mins back and forth to the desk, They said they didn't have adults down to bounce but there was three adults booked on as I had two under 5s bouncing and a few children with needs, for then a staff member to contradict the other asking about the adults down to bounce of which I replied I was just told there was none down to bounce. Absolutely terrible the whole experience only reason I gave 2 stars was my daughter was oblivious to it all and enjoyed herself unlike myself and her father. Other parents who was going to book so how bad it was and have now said "no way"

   A real hidden gem, clean and has had a big upgrade lots of new bits for all ages. Never overly busy and even with lots of parties (which are also fab we've had one here.) there's so much to go and lots of trampolines

   Visited today for the home education session and it was very quiet, virtually had the place to ourselves. Its a great place for the kids to blow of steam. Trampolines, soft play, inflatables and more. A great afternoon. Lockers are expensive tho. Staff were helpful and toilets clean. Plenty of parking.

   Booked today but missed my slot due to family emergency.called and spoke to the manager (russ) he was sympathetic and let us change to a later time. Was chatting with Russ on our visit and his dedication to the park stood out,he has a lot of care for not just his customers but staff too! And can see that is clearly reciprocated. Another member of staff stood out for me (avery I think his name was) as he interacted with my kids and his fun,friendly personality didn’t go a miss! My 8 year old said he’s her favourite! He even got her a drink because she looked realy warm! These staff Realy made our visit enjoyable and can’t wait to return!

   Great place to get kids to burn off energy. The toddler sessions are now 4 hours long so can stay as long as needed. Trampolines are great. Food is terrible... If you want a healthy option, bring your own

   Absolutely amazing time! Our first time at the park and we loved it! Was very very clean, staff were extremely polite and helpful and happy to be there! Will definitely be going again this week. Would definitely have brought a monthly pass if it was available!

   Attended the toddlers session, my two year old had a good time, more running up and down than jumping though. The food was a real let down. No vegetarian option apart from chips. They kindly offered a veggie hotdog but that was just a cheap vegetarian sausage in a bun. The service was great though! That's why I've given 4 stars not 3. I won't be rushing back if I'm honest

   Just had my daughters 4th birthday. Amazing staff, really helpful and friendly, so thanks Paul, Megan and Jasmine! Great venue and the pizzas are really great too. Will definitely be booking for next year !

   We made a birthday party for our 5 years old there. Kids had so much fun. Everything was brilliant. (Service, staff, food.) Big thank you to Jake who was amazing with the kids. He did a great job! We highly recommend this place!
