   served today by girl called Abbie at till I. Her attitude was openly miserable, unwelcoming, and unprofessional from the outset. There was no attempt at basic politeness, friendliness, or any form of service with a smile. The interaction felt uncomfortable and unpleasant, and instead of feeling helped, I felt like an inconvenience. This completely ruined my experience and left me in a worse mood than when I arrived.

   This is my 4th time at this store and can’t fault the customer service, specially the lady on the tills (don’t know her name ) she is so sweet and made sure I join to get dicount, was so patient when I was joining first time, everything I come back she always have smile on her and so Pleasant. She advised me about the wall paper before I buy it, (which I appreciate so much) Also I was serviced by two men who made sure I get the right length for my nails, One of the young men made sure he got the right length and cut it for me what a lovely man.    Went into store today to buy some wood everybody was so helpful young lad helped me get wood down from shelf. Big thank you guy who cut my wood size nothing seemed problem him I have say he was so helpful and pleasant even cashiers were so friendly was great experience shop there today which made my Sunday complete thanks guys will defo return

   Went to buy paint. I suffer with breathing issues and find it hard walking around looking for items. A staff member called Olivia helped me with everything I needed and gave some very good advice about the paints. She took the time to take my items out to my waiting taxi and load them all in the boot. Olivia is very good at what she does and I hope she gets a nice shout out at the next morning meeting

   Checked online for stock prior to collecting (18 available in stock to collect) get there and the ones in stock were stored on pallets above so not available to collect and staff unable to get them down until after the store closed so weren't available until the next day which was no use as had hired a van so had to go to the aintree store.
