   This is an amazing cattery I left my 3 cats here for the week while we were away, 2 with health issues and medication, and they came home relaxed and happy, which is a miracle as my eldest cat is grumpy and my Tom cat doesn't usually like males but he loved Steve so he definitely has the magic touch. All medication was given on time and they didn't mind me providing they're own food. They're so reasonably priced, I wish I knew about them sooner, we will definitely be coming here again ☺️. Anyone looking for a nice cat hotel for their babies should definitely have a look at this place and don't be afraid to ask questions they are very accomodating.

   My cats can be fussy eaters so I tend to take what ever they are eating at the time as I don't think you can expect the staff to cater for every different cat. I'm happy that they are safe and cared for . The staff do a great job

   I left my kitten at Alder cat hotel for 16days, it was our very first time to being separated but the experience at this hotel was amazing. I was afraid to leave my baby "alone" for this long time but Steve and his team is so great, my kitten was extremely happy there. I highly recommend them!

   My cat is a Bengal, he's 14 years old and needs medication twice a day. I've been taking him to Alder Cat Hotel for around 10 years and wouldn't take him anywhere else. Steve is brilliant with him - I feel relaxed leaving Thomas in his care. I've found Steve to be friendly and approachable and would recommend Alder Cat Hotel, personally I've found it to be the best in my area

   Today Tuesday 31st May I collected my furbaby ....Star ... from Alder Hose Cat Hotel. I am so thankful to Steve and the team for the way they have looked after Star. She has come home chilled out, happy and looking fantastic. I think she's also put a little weight on which is so lovely to see. Steve is so kind and understanding, the team regularly post pictures of the cats on Facebook. Alder House Cat Hotel is a Fabulous Cattery... Thank You for looking after Star.xx

   We had a bad first impression. The owner was late for the arranged drop off time. We had to wait 45 minutes in the rain whilst banging on cattery entrance door, main house and no-one answering the contact number given. The cattery wasn't fresh and clean like the pictures portrayed. Cats were fed cheap Felix food compared to their usual Hills, Purina diet. Owner didn't seem to care for cats. No updates offered of how they are settled in etc. We felt like bad owners for leaving them here for a few days. Will try a cat sitter next time.

   I have been bringing my cat Smudge to Alderhouse for some years now. Both Sharon and Steve have never failed to greet myself and my beloved cat with the warmest of welcomes. It is safe to say that I know fully well that they look after my cat very well and she always comes home so happy after staying here. Thank you to you both! I recommend their services to absolutely any cat owner!
