“Our cat Ruby has just returned after her top class stay! The rooms are beautifully decorated and set out with cat's behaviour in mind. Helen is extremely knowledgeable and intuitive about cats and what they need. I was kept well updated about how Ruby was getting on, including, cuddles and playtime and how she was eating. She came home contented and happy. I particularly like that she couldn't see other cats, which would normally stress her out in a standard cattery. Wouldn't hesitate to book her in again. “Our kitten Louie has stayed here twice now with a third time booked in. The owner Heidi is so lovely, kind and incredibly accommodating and takes such good care of all the animals! The pens are very spacious and have lots of toys to keep them entertained. We know he’s in safe hands and honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough!”

There are so many opportunities to choose from Shows, fun days, photography shoots, events, professional trainer that come to the farm, social walks, group training sessions at all levels and agility, hoopers etc the list goes on and on. “We were delighted when we collected our three dogs after a 9 day stay at Pine Lodge. They were happy, obviously pleased to see us and looked clean and cared for. As all three are long haired the obvious care to brushing and eye cleaning was noticeable. We saw lovely photographs of them running around and looking obviously happy. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pine Lodge as Sean and Julie have a very obvious natural ability and caring nature with the dogs. We have rebooked for their next stay and feel confident in leaving them with Julie and Sean at Pine Lodge. Definitely five star!”

“This is the 3rd time we have used the purrrfect cattery , Hayley is fantastic and provides a clean safe environment for my two cats. The rooms are bright airy and clean with plenty platform's for the cats to sit on, there's also little hiding sections on top shelves for more nervous cats to hide in which one of my cats used regularly to stay calm and settled. While we were away Hayley also send plenty of photo and video updates which really helps as your missing them while away. The cats are also played with to keep up the exercise! We shall be using Hayley again next year! :)”

“Highly recommend these kennels. I have an elderly pug and a young boxer who both enjoy their stay here. I like that they are let out to play with other dogs at least twice a day which I feel is important to the dogs mental health. They are always happy when dropped off and when they are collected. Paula and her staff are friendly and helpful.”

“We have used the cattery in August and are using again in sept 2024 it is a fantastic cattery well organised exceptionally clean and our cat is very well cared for. He has been on vet prescribed medication daily and Viv just takes over his daily doses with no fuss whatsoever. We wouldn't use any other cattery it has to be the best in Bolton. Gets booked up very very quickly which tells you everything you need to know”

Lisa made us feel so at ease and seeing reviews she had cared for other diabetic cats was a relief. We were delayed by 27hrs on our return and nothing was too much to help or bother for the extra night needed. Highly recommend. Love me, Dan and Bentley :)”
