Me and my boyfriend came here for the weekend the pod was very clean warm and all round exceptional we had never tried glamping before and chose this one and we had the most amazing time we would definitely recommend it
Absolutely stunning place. Everything about the pod is incredible. Easy check in and check out service too. Great communication from the owners as well. If it was in four in a bed on channel 4 it would easily win it.
Hotel tub was beautiful and great to have on the side of the pod. We stayed in Robin Pod and it was a good size. Bathroom on the smaller size and shower very cosy. Its very tired in there and handle and fittings need a bit of updating as coatings are coming off. Double bed is very soft as are pillows and you can feel the springs. Kitchen has everything you need and pint of milk in the fridge was a lovely touch. Tea and coffee sachets provided. Heating works really well and you definitely won't get cold. Beautiful looking out onto the horse fields. Take a couple of bigger towels as there's are quiet small for showering and hot tub.
Such a fabulous weekend! Was 30 mins out of Sheff, on a beautifully quiet farm. We did not see another person there the whole time! POD was brilliant, we even got some fresh milk! Tub was fabulous. Couldn’t recommend more.
Really lovely place to stay and very beautiful scenery with a field of delightful horses facing us. The hot tub is a really fun touch and the pod is cosy. Our only criticism is that the bunk beds are definitely for children. We went as a group of three adults and found that the bunk bed is nearly impossible to climb into due to it being a tight squeeze and the ladders being very uncomfortable to climb. This feature is definitely only suitable for nimble children! Also, due to the money we paid, we expected there to be more toilet roll and bin bags, rather than just one of each for the whole weekend. I'd personally still come back though and just bring the extras we felt we needed this time round. Thank you for the great stay! :) x
We stayed in the robin pod, it was absolutely beautiful and clean and decorated to a high spec. Also having all the amenities that you need whilst being away from home. The scenery was amazing and the snow for that weekend made it that extra bit special. And would recommend it for the perfect relaxation treat for couples getaway.also the the hot-tub once we got it hot was absolutely amazing.
Stayed in squirrel pod and what a lovely place was very clean and warm. Very quiet place to stay hot tub was great. We only had one small issue with the hot tub so messaged and came a sorted immediately. If you love your horses then this is definitely the place for you as lots of horses around the sigh. If being a little picky then the hot tub could do with being screened a bit as you have no privacy when in the hot tub.
Stayed in the squirrel pod for my birthday it was lovely, clean & everything we needed. They even put birthday banners up for me, hot tub was lovely and easy instructions to follow to heat it up with the logs. Horses in front of the pod was so nice, lots of walks and a nice pub that we walked to up the road.
Extremely cosy and comfortable. Very well equipped and clean. The host is a lovely person who communicates well and doesn't pester. Very private and peaceful. Stunning views. Absolutely perfect weekend getaway. Would easily stay there for a week. Pods are bigger than you think as well and was getting full 4G signal. Top notch!
What a lovely, peaceful location! A two night stay in the Owl Pod was comfortable, and just what what we wanted! Very well equipped, very good communication and self check in process and a lovely addition of the electric Hot Tub! Beware on your directions, use the wonderful directions that the family send you, and you'll be there first time! Use Google maps or a sat nav and you won't. Just another example of how well the family know their site and the location around it. In the pod was a very extensive list of suggested activities and locations to visit. Peaceful, relaxing, will be revisiting!!!!!!!
