   This is a shop we are lucky to have close by. Everything from basics to high quality food & drinks. The staff are always courteous & happy to help - especially the girls - jane, meg, lesley & yvonne. Everyone often does long hours & shop is open 7 days a week. I send many parcels & feel lucky i can drop them off there for the courier. Its exactly what a local shop should be & is!!

   I have been a regular shopper since Lockdown, as Sharon, Nathan and co were my lifeline when I wasn’t able to get out, they delivered everything that my family and I needed. Since then the range of products they now offer is amazing, I’ve certainly no need to trek to the farm shop anymore. It’s more than a convenience store, and we’re incredibly lucky to have it on our doorstep. A local shop, selling local produce and employing local people.

   I feel like there are a couple of women that work here that can often be very rude and not want to give you the time of day. I don't normally feel the need to write a review but the last FEW times I have been in this shop i have felt really uncomfortable and like im a burden to the staff if I need help with something. Customer service skills are very much needed. I appreciate this may not be everyone's opinion but I prefer to avoid this shop now unless I really need to use it.

   Not your average ‘corner shop’! Huge selection of fresh ingredients from local suppliers, fresh sandwiches, amazing wine & beer selection & quite literally everything in between. So refreshing to have a local shop stock good produce & always served with a smile!

   Went into this shop which I have used on countless occasions the man who owns it is lovely and always polite and well mannered, it's convenient as it is on my way to work. However on Monday 9th April, I called in as usual and went to the counter to be served. The shop assistant who was serving me then looked past me as she saw a man in the shop with a dog. She then completely ignored me after she told me she would have to dump me to go and speak to this dog whilst right in the middle of serving me. I've been using this shop for past few years but I won't be back. When I confronted her about her rude ignorance. She stood with her hands on her hips and told me the dog was hers. She also thought her rude manner was somehow funny or maybe she was just so embarrassed by her ignorance, as she just kept laughing while I voiced my concerns. She has however lost a customer. I won't be back at this shop.

   What an amazing selection of food and groceries. The current range of food is exceptional - from health foods, smoked duck, wife cheese selection, fresh meat from local butchers, superkraut, amazing puddings, fresh juices, salads and sandwiches to a great wine selection!! In fact there is everything you need (and more) in one little local shop.

   Such a hidden gem - I was NOT expecting what I found in this shop — such a great range of quirky items, and the staff seem to bend themselves backwards to help customers — They even have a Pret Coffee machine !!

   Fantastic shop really well stocked with not just everyday essentials but new different ranges of products appearing each week, never short of ideas for our evening meals and they look after their local suppliers which is amazing, super helpful friendly staff too!    A very handy shop that has seen a lot of improvement in the last few months. Staff are friendly and the shop has a very broad range of products. Prices are generally ok. I would recommend the Welsh bread they stock, I actually prefer it to Chatwins next door (sorry Chatwins) although Chatwins excels in other areas. Very good!
