   Friendly and efficient service. I get my prescriptions sent to this pharmacy and the staff know me and greet me with a cheery smile and have my medication ready to give me. "I saw you get out of your car" said one assistant. Such excellent service.

   I visited my local pharmacy with a private prescription from an ENT specialist for a nasal spray. The receptionist/pharmacy assistant was kind, friendly, and helpful. However, the pharmacist did not speak to me directly, even though I could clearly see and hear her. When I addressed her directly, she responded by speaking extra loud and slow while standing on an elevated dispensing unit overlooking me. Not only was she unhelpful, but she also refused to dispense the medication without an original prescription, despite the consultant having sent an email with the prescription attached. I was instructed to ask the consultant to post the original prescription to the pharmacy. Please note this is for one small bottle of nasal spray that I would pay for myself. I understand that there are certain steps to follow with a prescription request, but it felt like she wasn't interested in listening to me or trying to assist as a trained pharmacist. This experience was very upsetting. I resorted to ordering the medication online, without any problem.

   The Female counter staff and Pharmacist are great, professional and polite. The older Male Pharmacist is somewhat rude and abrupt and needs to be better trained in customer service. For this my score goes from a 5* to a 2*. Previously: Very helpful and polite staff, providing a great service. Professional and convenient alternative to the GP on occasion.
