Bought a sofa and a set of oak furniture; wardrobe, draws and bedside table which is great furniture although it comes off the shop floor non flat packed. I checked the delivery cost and mentioned many times if okay to delivery up 2 flights of stairs, and had the lovely mad write on the delivery instructions this was the third floor and they kept saying no problem, they can do it, i even offered topay extra stressing that I need this taken upstairs as I cannot take myself and my partner as we cannot leave pur 3 month old unattended. Maybe a miss communicating however on the day of delivery 2 men arrived and the owner or manager out right refused to bring up the wardrobe and the draws saying they are too heavy. I questioned him and he just point blank refused to offer another option and said he thought there would be a lift. They brought the sofa up unassembled but left the rest on the bottom floor, even left the wardrobe outside someone's flat ! Additionally they didn't bring up the bedside table for whatever reason, but I am in shock of how they handled this. They managed to get it up some steps by the main building door but the guy when talking to me said. "we cannot carry as too heavy, you will see when you do it." I'm so annoyed at them, they could have offered to take back and refund but just left them there, even the bedside table! Never shopping here again, be careful they'll take your money happily and be careful especially if you have stairs.

Be careful if you are buying online. The owner is very upset due to his online account being cloned by scammers. He told me he doesn’t have a website he only advertises on social media. I was buying Garden storage unit costing £87:90 This was processed at night while asleep and was done through PayPal. My bank sent a text in the morning asking have I authorised a payment through PayPal of £1499 and they stopped it with my consent. When I went into PayPal there was a total of £2324 in 4 separate payments all payable to the same company. The sprat to catch a Makerel amount of £87:90 for Garden storage unit. I have struggled to get PayPal to accept this is a total scam. I’ve now put a formal complaint into PayPal. Luckily I have managed to block PayPal from taking money from my Bank. HSBC have been brilliant. Paypal have now accepted my complaint.

This company is fraud, ordered garden storage. Paid via PayPal then the same company tried to take more money not only from the account I paid with but also my other debit card on my PayPal account. Luckily both banks caught the £599 they tried to take from both accounts. They got the original amount for the item. SCAMMERS! The order came through shopify but then all links to websites etc were invalid.

Purchased what I thought was an outdoor storage unit for my garden (£129.90) through pay pal and received confirmation of purchase and shopify notification. 12 hours later my pay pal account approved more money to be taken from (£599 and then £1599). The same company then tried to take further money (£2599) through pay pal which was declined by my bank as suspected Freud. PayPal have refused the as non-authorised activity when I disputed it!

I’ve had £3000 taken from my bank account and currently chasing it back from PayPal. I purchased a bin storage unit and later that evening they took more money from my accounts on PayPal
