   The price on the item is not the price when you get to till, can have trainers for £60 if i registered for store credit card, i offered to pay the £60 in cash as i didn't need credit, they refused, they said i would have to pay £80 for not needing credit, i left the trainers and walked out, it's a total scam to try and get your details, also staff are very unhelpful and like zombies, very bad attitude from them, iv'e heard them insult customers after they have left the store, i've even heard them make fun of a disabled person after they had left, these rude people need to realise that customers pay their wages, but instead they just stand around chatting with other staff, with no interest in serving customers, the staff are very immature and behave like small children, the manager of this place couldn't run a bath, we will not be using this store again

   As a manager understand customers are the very reason I'm in business , the manager at this particular branch hasn't got a clue in common courtesy, and also customer care ,I think the regional manager needs to train his staff,I wouldn't advise anyone visiting this particular shop as its foul, it's a terrible thing to receive a negative review and I hope they realise the value of the customer .because me personally I value my customers and want repeat , I shall think twice about spending at any money on any platform of your establishment ,and also pass on my experience from yourselves to my future clients,I'm utterly disappointed today.

   I will never use this store again and would urge you to do the same. I was refused a refund for a leg sleeve, which was so ill fitting it actually restricted blood to my lower leg. Tried on took straight back to be told i would not be refunded its company policy to issue store credit or an exchange for another item. I said i dont want anything else , I want my money back to keep getting told again and again its store policy. I asked to speak to manager who repeated the same script, staff member printed store note whilst delivering the spiel so you can no longer request a refund. To say i was fuming was an understatement to the point i could see someone really losing their temper with staff and suggest management re look at their "store policy" before one of their staff gets hurt by someone. Again I'd urge everybody not to shop at this place disgusted

   Great for discount sports wear. Would prefer more staff in the shoe section so you don't have to wander the store looking for staff to help you, especially upstairs. But understand in a big store it's difficult on quieter days to have staff everywhere.

   It's a large store. I always find it hard to locate what I want in these stores. I think some kind of signage would be useful on entry e.g. mens, ladies, children's, shoes, different sports wear. My grandson is 12 years old but in a men's size medium so prices are always high for him, £29.99 for a pair of black joggers for PE lessons at school.
