My last order was for 10 t-shirts with a design I had made myself, they have to redraw everything so that the design is in the correct format for printing and they did an impeccable job. “Absolute top class customer service from Ellie (Store Manager) at JD Sports (Barnsley) today when I visited the store twice, once without my original receipt and then with it. Ellie had already processed the initial inspection slip after my first visit and then had to update it following my return visit with my original receipt. “I was shocked to see today (Sat 11 Jan 2025) the signs up saying the store was closing down today. Staff despite losing their jobs were pleasant and helpful and I wish everyone well on their future endeavours. A splendid shop with brands like rieker, clarks etc -also my late mother loved this shop for her shoes and the great service as she was partially sighted and staff very attentive to sizes/ correct fit etc”
