   Excellent service from Demi and James, form start to finish no issues just good advice, and really helpful in getting me the right mattress, was not pushy in the slightest, went over all the options including additional support (not needed in this instance) had a good laugh as well, enjoyable from start to finish, would recommend to anyone looking for a new bed / mattress

   We went into Dreams to see if they had any children's beds in the showroom for our daughter to try out. We were helped by Simon who not only allowed our daughter to try them out but encouraged her to play on them, he even gave her a balloon to keep her entertained and happily played with her while we looked at our options. We weren't planning on buying a bed on the day, we were just hoping to get an idea but we ended up buying a bed, mattress and bed set. It was completely down to the friendliness and incredible customer service skills that Simon had. The bed was delivered today by two really friendly delivery drivers and it's perfect. I would highly recommend.

   I bought an adjustable bed last year but have had problems with the mattress. The first time I complained to the store a maintenance man came and checked it and said it was fine. It isn’t! I have been back twice to the store and each time have been promised a response in the next couple of days but although the staff seemed very sympathetic and helpful, no response came. I have now lost confidence in the company.

   Had a great experience here. Dave helped to guide us and figure out exactly what we were looking for when the variety of bed and matress types can be overwhelming. We used the sleepmatch machine so we knew what kind of matress would suit the way we sleep, and everything else like ordering was easy!
