I have had alot of problems with this place. Ordering stuff and getting different items. Spent £1.800 a year ago.....got completely different furniture after waiting months for items and got fed up of waiting for a sideboard unit that never came so purchased elsewhere and they still owe me £300 which I'm still waiting for after 10 months. I did have a previous review on here that they begged I took down and promised my refund yet still not had my money back. Been nearly a year. Been blocked on fb, they won't answer me on instagram either now. STILL WAITING FOR MY £300 BACK
Recently purchased my dining chairs from here. Received my delivery within a few days of ordering, unfortunately the wrong chairs were delivered, the staff sorted out the issue immediately. I have now received the correct chairs which are amazing, they look much nicer than the pictures on the web. Can't wait for the lockdown to be over, then all my friends and family can come and see them. I will be shopping again very soon x

This place offers some lovely stuff. I was using their Instagram site and have asked numerous times why they dont advertise prices to make it easier for customers ie. Lots of people asking prices get ignored etc. I left a comment to another ig user saying it would be more consumer friendly and better for business if they could reply answer enquries equally and they blocked me. The furniture is LOVELY however their customer service is not very good. As a business surely.... you answer enquries/questions etc without just being blocked or ignored when u dont like the question. Very bad way of doing business when your happy to take money
