Really pleased with both the service and the end result from Kitchen Design Centre. Chelsea was great throughout - knowledgeable, thorough, and kept me updated. Thanks also to Ben for a careful and tidy installation, with real attention to detail. The kitchen looks fantastic, and I’m very happy with how it’s turned out.
Kitchen Design Centre were recommended to us by a friend and they didn't disappoint. Chris the designer listened to to what we wanted and produced a design that after a few tweaks was fantastic. The fitters Rhys and Dan were exceptional, very professional and very skilled. We need radiators moved, old pipe work removed which resulted in plastering of the kitchen as well as spots fitted and new sockets, and a glass splash back Chris arranged this and project managed the whole process. We new exactly who was coming and when. All the tradesman used were fantastic and delivered exactly what we wanted and to a very high finish. A special thank you to Jamil the plasterer, Barry the plumber and Matt the electrician. The kitchen is of high quality and were impressed that Chris came to check things during the installation process and after the everything was completed to ensure that we were happy with it. To summarize we are extremely happy with the whole experience the advice planning and installation. What we have got in real life exactly matches the original design photographs.
I have had 4 jobs from this company over the last 4 years I can’t thank them enough from start to finish of the job they were so helpful and worked with my builders. I have had my large kitchen diner for over 4 years and it is still like brand new. The designer Chris was second to none with his creative designs and the fitting service was amazing. I would most certainly recommend this company.
Not at all helpful, receptionist seemed dismissive when we asked about repairing or fitting a new induction hob. Maybe we'll go elsewhere for our new kitchen.
