Fantastic, great day out for all ages. We chose to go to general parking and as a reminder, you pay for the parking when you leave. The overall day was nice and quiet given it was the period between Christmas and New Year, there was a massive ride used to everything which made it more fun for everybody. There is lots of toilets located throughout the park and as well as retail venues / shops. The only down fall was one of the costs pop up venues down the bottom of the park but will review separately. Good overall day and spent all day there with us as a family of four

Great park to visit with child from 3 years upwards. Worth downloading the app to help with q time and make itbm easy.to navigate the site. Because it was winter a lot of the water base ride were closed but that's understandable.

We had a fabulous weekend with plenty to do. The queues were long at times, but the early access really helped and we made the most of it. The pool felt a bit small and outdated for our liking, so we decided to try other activities instead. We stayed at the Castle Hotel, which was clean, welcoming, and offered fantastic views. The highlight for the little ones was definitely the treasure chest and swapping lanyard clippers — they loved it. Breakfast was average, with several items unavailable from the menu that morning. Overall, it was a great stay and we created lovely memories.

The kids absolutely loved it. It was definitely a fun outing that everyone in our group really enjoyed. The ride times generally seemed to work out pretty well, and you can definitely make a great day out of it if the weather stays nice. The pizza and pasta buffet was efficient and there was plenty of food to go around.

We visited Legoland on a Sunday afternoon and stayed in one of the woodland lodges before a full day in the park. The process of booking the stay was fairly convoluted on the website, but from that point, there were clear instructions and links for all our passes, which were very handy to have on the official app! Sunday in the park was manic and not at all quiet, with 40 min queues for all the main rides (including the underwhelming Dragon rollercoaster). Flight of the sky lion is a great ride, but please sort the queue system out for people with the fast access pass (some of which have paid extra). We waited longer in this queue than people were in the standard entry! I don't think the clearly hungover lad running it could cope with figuring out what to do. The site is quite sprawling and despite there being a train that runs from the entrance into the middle of the park, it isn't always in operation, so prepare for the walk back up the winding hill! Food offerings are standard over-priced fried theme park fare unfortunately, with little imagination in the variety on offer. Breakfast at the woodland lodge clubhouse was fairly decent on the other hand. Our lodge was clean and spacious, with the skylight projector in the kids room being a nice touch. The treasure hunt also went down a treat. You might want to take earplugs though, as the Heathrow flight path is directly above, so sleep was fairly limited to the hours of 11pm -5am. It could be so much better in places, but overall it was still an enjoyable outing that was worth checking out.

The park was good fun. Lots to keep the little ones entertained. The staff in the Pirate Burger were very friendly. Most of the staff on the rides were a bit too cool for school often a little more interested in impressing each other than anything else. Any of the other staff were amazing though. We were very lucky with the weather. I recommend doing a little research before going although it is hard to find much info on the park that isn’t official. We went Sunday & Monday in October which was great because it wasn’t crazy busy a d there weren’t very long queues for everything. The app was very helpful.

A great place to hangout with family and friends. We reached there at around 10 am and thought that we are very early and what will we do for the entire day. But as the day passed we found it very difficult to cover the entire resort in that limited time. The resorts closing time is 6pm however we left ad around 6.45 and there was a huge crowd which did so. And even after leaving that late we were thinking that we could spend more time there. Since it's summer holidays and especially we went there on a bank holiday it was super crowded and busy. The first ride we took had a waiting time of around an hour. And all the major rides had the same waiting time but all were worth the wait. The rides I liked specially were the water splash, the haunted house and the fairy tale ride. The fairy tale ride was so fascinating that we took it twice, and also because it was not that busy. It is recommended that you take spare clothes if you want to indulge in the water rides. There are plenty of places to eat and drink, though they are a bit expensive. Highly recommended

Great place to visit and spend the day. Queue times varied depending on time of day. There's a good variation of rides depending on age and excitement level. Get the Legoland app to see queue times and help navigate around the park. Priority parking opens at 9am which isn't printed on the ticket. Unlimited refill drinks were a lifesaver, although £9 upfront per bottle, it was great for the kids as we didn't need to keep visiting shops or carry around bottles in our bag. Overall a great experience and will definitely be visiting again.

Great one night stay with 2 days in the park. The park had great rides and luckily for us the ques were not too bad. Our 8 year old really enjoyed. Our only complaint, was the air conditioning in our room. It would only blow cold air. We were unable to get it working to warm up. We stayed in the castle hotel, in a themed knights room, which was a great experience. We are all worn out today, from such a fun experience in the park. We ate our tea at the bricks restaurant, which was nice. Good service. We ate our breakfast at the tournament tavern, which was also tasty, with good quality food. Would recommend the experience for families.
