Lovely, friendly, helpful hotel. The rooms were warm and cosy. The breakfast was very tasty. The staff were very helpful when we wanted to entertain some friends and showed us to a private seating area.

Lovely 2 night stay. Nice big rooms with super king bed. Friendly helpful staff. No fuss check in, paid on exit. Slept well. Hotel clean and recently redecorated. Nice frowns. Handy for Wrexham or Chester with a car. Village seems to have a few pubs. The hotel Brasserie did a fine 2course dinner for

Having become a wheelchair user this was our 1st trip out for a dear friends wedding. I was anxious about accessibility & the room being able to cater for my needs. Well, I couldn't be more complementary about Rossett Hall. There were ramps and a chair lift in place where needed. The room was great, the bathroom.had plenty of grab rails, superb shower with antislip mat and a safe seat. Just marvellous. The staff were so friendly & helpful, they made me feel "seen",that I wasn't too much trouble. Les the restaurant manager made us feel welcome & even reserved a table for breakfast to ensure I had access. Our dinner was delicious. The wedding was great, food & service excellent. Well done to all at Rossett Hall, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you

We had our wedding here in July 2024. What an amazing day it was. The staff were brilliant and couldn’t do enough! Everything we needed was included in the dream wedding package. From the ceremony set up, to the reception to the food and the evening party, everything was how I wanted it and nothing was to much. I would definitely recommend rossett hall. We will never forget our special day and all the effort that you put in to it.

First time to this area and was pleasantly surprised. A lovely stay at this nice hotel. Chosen due to the event we were attending at the local church. We were very comfortable, well looked after by the efficient staff. The whole place was clean and smelt fresh. Breakfast offered great choices and was very nice. Would definitely stay again when visiting the area.

It's a very nice looking place, but i would say it's more a 3 star hotel than 4: - sound proofing between rooms is quite poor - water pressure is fantastic, but the temperature dangerously fluctuates when having a shower, particularly in the morning - the cooked breakfast was excellent but the pastries were hard and stale 3 mornings in a row - I noticed some of the electrical items in my room have expired PAT testing stickers, some by 4-5 years - the rooms are very warm - the bathroom extractor fan didn't work, the sink was cracked and there were large gaps between the wall and floor tiles - frustratingly there aren't any plug sockets next to the bed - the evening meal in the restaurant was okay. My first meal I had to wait 45 mins to get, and then it was the wrong order. The following meal involved a very sad looking burger. Service staff were excellent though - gardens and parking were great - the WiFi is unusable, and if you're on Vodafone you won't get any reception Perhaps I just had a bad room for a week, but I am giving it a 3 star Google rating.

impressed with the level of service and comfort. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and well-appointed. The hotel itself was charming and had a lovely atmosphere, with beautiful grounds and gardens to explore. The location was convenient, with easy access to all the best attractions and restaurants in the area.

One night in room 42 (bridal suite) 47 years too late!!! Reception excellent, polite and full of knowledge. Needed gps to get to room but interesting history learnt on way and full of character. Moved through sitting room to incredible size bedroom with elevated rolltop bath. Shower room excellent and the whole suite comfortably warm and quiet. Evening meal excellent and selection more than adequate with over half offered gluten free option, plus vegetarian and vegan choices service brilliant, Holly and others attentive and helpful. The buffet breakfast extremely good and again a great variety of choices and quickly replenished with fresh as required. In addition an a la carte menu available which was a pleasant surprise. Why only 4 stars you ask, well. Things that could be better at little cost, menu in room, information on area leaflets. Perhaps a guests form for suggestions etc. Net curtains need replacing or not required. Sitting room very tired, needed carpet cleaning. It was evident through areas that we used that a few pence spent could improve guests stay, mainly housekeeping issues. Having said all that will be returning, without doubt. Value for money excellent and if not a guest the restaurant is a must.
