Rooms were clean, tidy, and practical. No way to make a tea or coffee on 2nd day as milk not replenished or cups replaced with clean. The lady who checked us in on Sunday 28th was lovely, the lady that greets you for breakfast was lovely, other staff really need to learn how to look pleasant. The hotel is good for the money, in a very Jewish part of London so walking the streets at night felt safe. 10 minute walk to underground so pretty good for getting about. Do not book the breakfast if you like real meat. Its vegetarian which I didn't know. Didn't even bother eating 2nd day, went elsewhere.

While I appreciated the price and convenient location of this hotel, I cannot overlook what was, overall, a very disappointing stay. On check-in, the staff member appeared uninterested, and we were allocated a room with a ceiling window covered in spider webs and limescale, which was immediately off-putting. The single beds were noticeably smaller than standard; at 6ft tall my feet hung over the edge and the bedding repeatedly slipped off throughout the night. The room itself was extremely cold, and when I asked for a heater, I was told that no one had ever complained about the temperature, yet somehow all heaters were already in use by other guests an explanation that felt contradictory and dismissive. While the hotel may suit those accustomed to arctic conditions, I would struggle to recommend it to anyone seeking comfort. (I edited from 2 stars to 1 star after reading the response from the hotel which was a whole load of nothing)

In most places in the hotel it smelled very bad. My room had plaster falling off the walls that flew directly into the bed. The fungus on the walls and ceiling was painted over with paint. The curtains were dirty, as if someone was using them instead of toilet paper. It was definitely not a clean hotel, and I wouldn't come back here a second time.

When I walked into reception, there was a smell of what seemed like urine. Staff were very kind and helpful in sorting out a room for me. Very friendly. Unfortunately, the room I was provided with was not cleaned adequetly. The radiator was full of dust and did not work, limescale on the shower head. Lots of dust in the room in general (on top of wardrobe, bedside table, on the floor), highlighting that this room had not been cleaned in a while. The shower drain was also clogged, leaving a pool of water on the floor in the shower. Great staff and great location. However, the quality and cleanliness of the room overshadows this by a country mile.

I recently stayed at King Solomon Hotel from November 26 to November 29, 2025. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the customer service during my visit. Upon check-in, I specifically requested a room with two single beds, and the staff assured me that this would be accommodated. However, when I entered my room, I found that it did not meet this request. This oversight impacted my stay and led to inconvenience. While I appreciate the efforts of the hotel staff, the failure to fulfill a basic request like this was frustrating. I hope the management can improve communication and ensure that guest requests are honored in the future. Overall, I left feeling dissatisfied with the customer service experience.

Stayed here. The room was clean and tidy. We stayed in a family room which had a double bed in one room and 2 single beds in the other room. The staff were friendly and approachable and helpful.

It was not good. .The people they live in the hotel. They was all the nights shouting breaking stuff and was a woman fighting and crying all the night my children. They couldn't sleep all the night. The room was not clean, the toilet very small, and it was the hand sink in the bathroom was clogged. When I was trying to check-in they make me to sign paper and take my passport. Copy like I'm going to buy the whole Hotel. I will never book again in these hotel and I will never tips anyone to do it. In the reception the woman was good the man was not. After visiting so many hotel, I will not give even one star to the hotel king solomon.

It was the second time that visited this hotel. My impression is the same great as the previous time. The staff is very kind and always willing to help you with anything you need. In particular the tv was not working and they changed my room two times in order to thank me as a customer. I will choose this again for sure. Great location also in a safe and pretty nice neighbourhood.

You get what you pay for!! Basic place to stay easy access (direct bus) to the Arena and easy access to the tube. Not the cleanest place, small but comfortable. Unfortunately we had a fire alarm at nearly 1am.but that wasn't the fault of the hotel and they dealt with it.

I would like to extend my frustration and disappointment during our stay at the King Solomon Hotel. We stayed here for two nights. On both nights of our stay, we encountered severe noise from neighbouring guests staying in other rooms next to us. We were woken up and kept awake by these disruptive guests (slamming doors, banging doors, shouting, running in corridors, talking in the corridors next to our rooms etc). We did not have a restful sleep or an enjoyable stay at all. We had flagged this up with the receptionists on both nights and nothing was done to mitigate our complaints. No one even offered to move us to another room away from these disruptive guests. Had I known that this was going to be the case, I would've booked somewhere else. This is extremely disappointing and if there's any way that we can be compensated, I would really appreciate it. Staying at this facility was a waste of money and a very regrettable decision to have made.
