   I’m not really one for leaving bad reviews but I don’t feel like I have been given much choice We booked this guest house for our return from a holiday at Heathrow Unfortunately I was very sick on the way back on the plane and needed to return home straight after the flight which was unfortunate We called right away to let Elaine no and she was very understanding and advised she will refund back the money This was 2 weeks ago and still waiting I have called and been told twice she will do it that evening My husband had called and told the same I have also sent 3 messages and 1 Watsapp that’s Been ignored For a buisness I find this customer service very poor

   Beautiful historic building. Clean, quiet and well kept. Sarah gave a friendly welcome and showed us to room #6. Roomy and well appointed. Nice breakfast. Close to wonderful pub and the airport. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

   Old English mansion in a rural English town. Comfortable and interesting. The owner Sarah is fantastic. Around 45 minutes away from London city center, but a good communication using the Elizabeth Lane trains. Pubs and stores located nearby.

   Small village atmosphere very close to Heathrow airport. Service, convenience , cleanliness excellent. Village has 2 pubs for eats. Small store there as well. Three stops on U3 bus to Heathrow and the Piccadilly tube line to go to London. Busy stop is very short walk. Extensive park system provides great walking opportunities. Breakfast was made to order and as much as you could eat. Covered private outside areas for relaxing. Sarah the host could not do enough for us. Ended up meeting some of the village people. Everyone was very friendly

   This was my first time staying in a bed & breakfast and I will definitely be staying again. The house was so warm and cozy I felt like I was REALLY at home. I almost forgot to lock the door! The service was great & they were very catering. Fresh cooked breakfast of eggs, toast, mushrooms, etc. served to start the day off right. This southern gurl almost forgot I wasn't in the South anymore! If I'm ever in London again I will be booking to stay here.... Especially if it's winter!

   It's a nice little place with wonderful people. It's not to far from the airport either. There is nice nature path nearby to walk around. Full English breakfast was included. The price of staying is certainly responsible too.

   Beautiful guest house and had a very warm welcome. Nothing too much trouble. Really large comfortable room big enough for our family of 5 which includes 3 teens and ensuite bathroom. Breakfast was amazing and so plentiful, set us up for the day. Toast, jams, full English breakfast, cereals, yogurts, fruit, juices, teas and coffee, pastries. Great place to stay if you're flying from Heathrow as its just next door. We were going for a day in London and it's very close to a few tube stations. Really couldn't fault it. We will definitely stay again. Thank you for your hospitality.

   Period rooms with lovely, polite and flexible staff. The room was a little dirty on closer inspection in areas such as the sofa bed but mostly clean and tidy. Beautiful fried breakfast, absolutely perfect bacon and eggs! Thank you

   I think this is one of the best places to stay near terminal 4 and 5. Very nice owner. Amazing breakfast. There is a bus stop just 3 mins from the location. Definitely book a cab back to the airport from the owner. Also, there is a cute dog. :) However, the best reason to stay here is because of the faucets. You can control the temperature of the water which I have not seen anywhere in U.K.
