“A very clean and accommodating hotel. Prime location. Absolutely centrally located to many of the city's attractions. Within walking distance or in some cases a 30 minute taxi ride or less to very popular areas of the city. The bar at Primo is well maintained, modern and impeccably clean. The bartender there the night we were there was a true professional. His name was Denis, and so far on our trip, he has been our favorite bartender with no close second. Drinks were spot on. He has a great personality and a great sense of humor. Bravo Park Plaza, you have gem on your hands in Denis.”

“I had a genuinely excellent stay at ibis Styles London Ealing, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the hotel felt welcoming, modern, and well cared for. After a long journey, Mac made the check-in process smooth, friendly, and completely stress-free, which instantly put me at ease and set a great tone for the stay. The room itself was spotless with a unique cinema theme that made it stand out from a typical hotel room. I especially appreciated the small personal touches, a welcome card waiting in the room and a little chocolate, which was such a nice surprise and made me feel genuinely welcomed. Another thoughtful detail that really impressed me was the complimentary pastries available one of the evenings I was there, along with free orange juice for guests. It’s a small gesture, but it adds a warm, generous feel to the hotel and shows real attention to guest experience. The room was comfortable, quiet, and relaxing, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was friendly and calm. Everything felt well organized and cared for, and it’s clear the team takes pride in what they do. I would happily stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service and thoughtful touches throughout.”

“Stunning exterior and interior of the hotel. The rooms are beautiful and they have this victorian feel to it. Granted it is not the biggest for the price (Around £190/245usd a night). The only complains were the room doors arent exactly sound proof. You can hear when your neighbours come back and you can hear if people are talking right outside. Probably because the room i stayed in(241) has a visible gap underneath the room door. The ventilation in the bath room dont seem to work well, if you take a hot shower, it fogs up the toilet pretty badly. I mentioned it to the counter staff for maintenance to check and was quickly brushed off with its normal, its like that. The location wise is excellent. It is literally right beside Gloucester station which has Piccadilly line to Heathrow airport. Great connectivity via Central/district lines to the city centre as well. There is a Tesco express just opposite and a larger Sainsbury's supermarket around a 8 mins walk away. Multiple food options are within stone throw. Just the location alone deserves 5 stars. Overall I had a rather pleasant stay.”

The location is fantastic, with easy access to public transport, nearby attractions, and plenty of conveniences around. “This is a really great hostel, especially if you need access to Kings Cross. It was literally a three or four minute walk from there. I booked an all female dorm room and I was the only one there. Everything was great. There was a heater as well and a nice view across the street. Only issue is the shower in the bathroom kind of flooded a bit and it’s pretty cramped. But besides that I really enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and appreciated their cute little café and pizzeria. The lobby is a little bit condensed, but that’s to be expected and a busy high demand area.”

“I called and the lady answered... I asked if the sausage was pork or beef. She said we have both then she asked is it because you don't eat pork i said yes she then said unfortunately it's cooked in the same oil. “Excellent value for family stays in London. Perfect location next to underground and close to overground and uber boat pier, shops and restaurants. Extremely family-friendly staff made the stay fun and special (half term, Halloween). Kids eat free offer makes breakfast fantastic value. The hotel itself is dated and in desperate need of refurbishment - especially the bathrooms - and the cleaning in our bathroom could have been much better. However, the family room was large and the beds very comfy, and the staff and location easily make up for the outdated building. Overall, excellent value for the location, especially for families.”

“We were gifted this experience and my Fiance and I used it for a London getaway! We were very happy with the parking, staff and the room. Parking was very easy to pay for, staff were very accomidating and the food was great. Was about 50 minutes walk and train journey away from Central London which was good for trip out and easy journey back to relax. Would stay again 10/10.”

The location was good -- there is a bus stop right next to the hostel; the hostel overall, as well as the room we stayed in, was very clean as well. The nightly prices were very reasonable. The service was also excellent. Jordan and Tony were especially kind and helpful. I would definitely come back to stay at Restup again.”

“This is such a lovely place to stay! Sarah and Frank made me very welcome, friendly and helpful without being obtrusive - the perfect hosts! The rooms are all extremely well appointed, spotlessly clean, with really comfortable beds. Bathrooms have everything you need and wonderful hot showers with both hand-held and rain shower heads - bliss ! Breakfast is delicious and healthy and presented beautifully!
