“Amazing food, I think they changed the chef and the tacos were great before, but now they are even better, feels like eating a gourmet tacos. Went there today and ordered a taco which wasn’t available at the time so ordered another one, but when I went to get the order they said they managed to find the one I ordered initially and gave it for me for free. “Wow! Sure, I was hungry getting there, but this is one of the best breakfasts I had in a very long time! I went for the American breakfast for £10 and a cappuccino. Blueberry pancakes which had a great texture, eggs, bacon, syrup, sausage and some potatos. Man, this was great! This is my new go to place for breakfast on weekends! The guy who served the food seemed really nice and took time to chat with the regulars without letting anyone wait for service. Five starts without a doubt!”

“The room's are clean and comfortable, and good value considering the properties location. Excellent access to the A406, local buses and the underground is not so far away. The staff are polite and friendly, making it overall, a pleasant stay.”

“Just returned form a 9 day London vacation. We stayed at the hotel for the entire trip. Our room had a small Kitchen and a washer/dryer combo unit. Reviews: Staff = very helpful. Always took care of whatever we needed, and that wasn't much. Someone is on site 24/7. Room: Exactly what was advertised. We found the accommodations perfect. The shower was a little small, but I think that is more of a London thing. Location: 10 minutes walk to 2 tube stations. Great pubs within 5 minutes or less walk. 2 grocery stores less than 2 min away. Area felt safe at night. Cleanliness: Room was great. No complaints. 10 out 10 would gladly stay here again!”

“Nice place, clean, quiet and air conditioned throughout. Conveniently located across the car park to a Toby if you need a quick roast. Free parking too which is becoming rare, overall top marks.”

“It's always busy here during weekends, but I am always lucky to have a corner table not sharing with others. The food is really delicious and the broth is so tasty in the ramen. The hostess is very attentive and very quick on giving us a table. The atmosphere is great. I could see an open kitchen where they dispensed the orders. I also tried their healthy smoothie, although it's good but the glass is too small for the price.”

“One of my favourite restaurants in London! I’m coeliac and it’s such a joy to get delicious gluten free Italian food. Side note: every friend I bring here who is not gluten free also loves it! In addition to the wonderful cooking, the owner, Lino, is so sweet. He always remembers me and truly makes my day every time I go in. It’s fun to just sit and watch him interact with all the locals and regulars who pop in to say hello and order. Really feels like a community hub and has a special atmosphere!”

The decor is old but it adds character to the place.. Not many places like this left now. Old school hospitality with old school values.. really worth a visit”

“Very good experience, we will repeat once visiti our family in Croydon, hopefully soon. Colors and design of rooms and public spaces are amazing in all details. Lack of elevator can be tricky for someone that is not fit, but probably it's marked in the description. Even if pub was open and Halloween Party on, zero noise in the room, so very good.”

“I came in this morning and noticed how clean and well organised it was in here today. All menus were placed correctly and the food preparation I really noticed the difference. The food was very enjoyable .”

“Amazing building in beautiful grounds with a fabulous lake. Plenty of free parking and good WiFi ,the restaurant and bar are also a nice place to relax. The menu is ok not a huge selection but does have a good selection. The bar only as two draft beers on offer a IPA and Moretti plus bottles are on offer. The rooms with a garden view are away from the main building but are basic but ok. All the staff are friendly and can’t do enough to ensure you have a great stay.”

“Beautiful hotel in a great location, but this message is to thank GIRISH for going over and above with satisfying my special request for a fire to be laid downstairs. Even though Oct.8 was a little early for that, he got some assistance and made it happen! Two Texas ladies were very grateful for his kindness at the very beginning of our 3 week road trip around Ireland. We're home now and still singing this hotel staff’s praises! Well done!”

“A lovely pub in a great location. Staff very agreeable and accommodating. I had a few issues that were totally resolved swiftly and amicably to my absolute satisfaction. The pub has a great atmosphere and it is busy and welcoming. The room was clean, bed comfortable, not a great view (of the recycling bins) and the bathroom could do with upgrading, but the price reflected that. I would stay here again.”

“Absolutely delicious! Tonight my fiancé and I treated ourselves to a dinner out and decided on Mustard. Our food was delicious, piping hot and served in good timing. My fiancé ordered chicken biriyani and a Bombay aloo side. I ordered the lamb kashmir raj, pilau rice and sag paneer. All dishes were delicious and did not disappoint. My lamb curry was very hot and made me cry (how I like it lol!) and my fiancé said his biriyani was one of the best he has tried. Both curries had a lot of meat, which was very tender and tasty. My sag paneer was creamy and full of paneer cheese. Rice dishes were very light, fluffy and fresh. The atmosphere was perfect, we were there at 630pm on a Saturday evening and it was a good amount of people to create an atmosphere. We also must note that we like that Mustard offer the option of coke/lemonade as a pint, as most places only offer the tiny glass bottles at high prices. This is a USP Mustard has over other Indian restaurants! We were also really pleased to see the 5/5 hygiene rating too and the restaurant eating area was indeed very clean and inviting. All staff were attentive, friendly and welcoming too. We originally was going to order online but chose to treat ourselves to eating in. After looking through the website and after deciding to eat in, on our way to Hornchurch I had a couple of phone calls from Runa, followed by a text saying if we were having any issues to let her know. We feel this was very attentive and helpful, welcoming and appreciative of new customers. We cannot fault our visit and will be returning, thank you all for giving us a lovely evening! :)”

“Couldnt ask for a better location within Guildford. Was immediately greeted with a smile and the offer to take my bags. The room was palatial. This is an excellent hotel, perfect for any occasion.”

“Nice hotel, staff are friendly. Room was nice. Did the job perfectly. Was travelling for work for an event. Car park is free at the rear of the hotel which is great - however not many spaces, so I would just be mindful that you could turn up and not have a space on the day. I drove from the midlands and didn’t realise it was a small car park estimate 15-20 spaces max (for the hotel) So if do use this hotel, just check for parking in the area just encase their no spaces. Other than this, it is a great hotel and I would recommend.”

“I spent a spa day here andcould not be more pleased with my experience. All the staff were very attentive and efficient. I enjoyed my facial and hot stone massage and would like to thank Selina very much. We could choose a lunch from the bar menu to a value of £25 if we didn’t want to choose from the set spa day lunch menu. I went with my daughter for my 60th Birthday treat and would recommend. Such a relaxing place.”
