They really take time to be gentle but thorough with your nails, taking into to consideration what design you’d like and shape. And the inside is very relaxed and pretty! “I have used Matt's services to book several trips and have always got amazing value, however, it is his customer service that really stands him out amongst the crowd. Earlier this year, I booked a family break to Dubai for May half term. When it became apparent that this wouldn't be able to go ahead without significant impact on "day-to-day" life (at the very least a requirement to quarantine on return or, at worst, a VERY expensive stay at a government hotel on return), Matt proactively contacted me to see what he could do to find different destination or date for the trip. When it became pretty much immediately clear that this wasn't financially viable, Matt found us al alternative break, in Europe, for August by which time things may be slight more "normal". Top choice, low prices, fantastic value for money and service that cant be beaten - what more could you possibly want in a travel agent?!?!”

“We hired Rani to be our wedding caterers and their service was absolutely impeccable. Not only was communication smooth and efficient, they were so professional and thought through everything that I felt completely assured to leave it in their hands. Even up to the day before they were alleviating concerns I hadn't even thought about. They adapted to changes very quickly and made the entire venue look nicer with their sleek buffet set up. The most important part of course was food and it met all the expectations. Our guests commented that it was one of the best wedding meals they've had. “Lovely hotel which was perfectly situated! 15 min drive from st Albans which was lovely to explore with a stunning cathedral. And 15 min drive the other way to Harry potter world!! So perfect for us, friendly staff with full use of pool, sauna and steam room so that was a huge plus. Rooms were simple but had everything required. Food was lovely at the hotel and something that made me super happy was when asked for a take out box, They had these biodegradable boxes (instead of the standard plastic tubs) and paper straws! ✌ so big shout out for that.”

Breakfast was included and it was top notch - without doubt the best buffet breakfast we have ever had in a UK hotel. Even the coffee was delicious! “Excellent location just outside Woking station. As you would expect the room was clean. I’ve stayed in a few Travelodge hotels over the last year or two and the rooms in this one are even better than most: I guess it has had a recent refurbishment: USB-A ports by the bed, and a very good shower room. Breakfast was very good, again as you would expect. So many thanks to all the invisible people who make this level of service possible – cleaning, catering et cetera. A big shout out to Supervisor Manika and to Pritam on the desk for excellent service - and in particular for recovering the small coffee flask which I inadvertently left behind in the room.”

“Really good choice for the price in London. We enjoyed everything - comfortable bed and pillow, convienient location, nice breakfast, kind staff. The only thing to improve is window insulation, it is really bad, wind comes in and room become cold very fast.”
