“This was a great hotel! The location was really convenient for sightseeing and catching the train. Lots of decent restaurants nearby that I strongly suggest you check out instead of the restaurant across the street. A few convenience stores nearby too that came in handy. The rooms were clean and spacious, my only slight complaint are the faucets in the bathrooms. They made a huge mess everytime I washed my hands. But overall, awesome property and I highly recommend!”

Rooms are beautiful, great attention to detail with the treats in the room, everything is clean and the facilities available are fantastic. The Spa in particular was a wonderful experience, the staff are so warming and knowledgeable, and the massage was 10/10. The breakfast has a fantastic selection, proper quality ingredients and you can order cooked dishes off a menu if you wish. Will definitely be back. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, the staff are so friendly and will look after you. Was also very useful when I had a concert at the O2 as you could just go down this long corridor that connects to the O2, so no needs to go outside!”

“We stayed in a family suite, the accommodations were lovely - obviously well-used with e.g. scratches on the floor, but clearly also well taken care of - immaculately clean and tidy. Housekeeping were very thorough on their daily visits. Noise isolation wasn't perfect, but...it's London, what do you expect! Front desk/room service/other staff were always professional and very helpful.”

“We really enjoyed staying here! It was a great location - close to a tube station, the Natural History museum, Kensington park, lots of shops and places to eat, and pretty streets to walk down. Our room was charming and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. We stayed with our 9 month old baby and they were very accommodating. After a long journey, Mac made the check-in process smooth, friendly, and completely stress-free, which instantly put me at ease and set a great tone for the stay. The room itself was spotless with a unique cinema theme that made it stand out from a typical hotel room. “What a lovely hotel in such a great location, everywhere was easy to walk to, lots of things to see and do in the area and easily accessible. Check in was extremely friendly and all the staff were very attentive. We had a few drinks in the bay where the staff were also very attentive and helpful. Rooms were a nice size with everything we needed…. Except a kettle and tea making equipment or so we thought… partner found it in a drawer just before we left! We had even gone for an early morning walk just to get a cuppa and presumed the hotel had gone down the American route if just providing coffee…. Just a suggestion but it would have been helpful to have been told about the location of tea making equipment or a sign somewhere in the room. Likewise I didn’t find the mirror until we left either! Other than this it was great, a lovely comfy bed with very nice bedlinen. Nice toiletries in the bathroom and it was nice to have a separate bath and shower. Would definitely stay again”

The hotel itself is clean, modern, and very well-designed for a city stay. The room was compact (as expected), but incredibly efficient, with everything I needed: a comfortable bed, smart controls for lighting and temperature, and good soundproofing. “The hotel is located near a station and in the middle of a large outdoor mall. Lots of restaurants nearby. Very friendly service. Hassan was so helpful and hospitable when we arrived and when we had questions. Ana was so kind and went above and beyond while assisting us during breakfast helping me with a gluten free option. The breakfast was a much larger spread then I expected. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. We also had dinner one night at the restaurant in the hotel. I ordered the green curry (gf) and my husband the fish and chips. We were both pleased with our meals. We would definitely return to this Hyatt house. Great stay.”

“The experience i had in the hotel was amazing. I was in the executive suit, it had a jacuzzi and sauna in the bathroom, private bar and a wrap around balcony with an amazing view of the port and Standsted airport was just a throw stone away. I could see the planes landing, O2 was a zip line ride away from the hotel as well. The 3 course meal was amazing.”

“Amazing Hotel, stayed one night. Great service, from the start to end. Dinner venues very Cousy, with outstanding service. Room very clean and comfortable bed, love the fairy showers, smoothing and soft. Breakfast deal it’s amazing, a little morning buffet where we can find a bit all you can eat. There is a water dispenser outside where we can fill our bottles, great idea. Silence and sleeping night for middle of Bankside location. Also great tourism attraction within one mile from it, Tate, Shakespeare Theatre, Borough market, George Inn the oldest gallery inn the world. And more…”

“Our stay here was great. From the time we entered the hotel, we were greeted promptly by Mabel at the front desk. We arrived early so we were requested to wait while they arranged for a room. Considering the hotel was busy, the staff were on point. Later on, Samrat, the Manager on duty introduced himself to us and welcomed us. We stayed here for a week and all staff were warm and professional. The housekeeping was spot on as well. Amenities replenished and rooms taken care of. Samrat checked in with us in between our stay as well if we were comfortable, we mentioned a small issue in the bathroom on our way out and it was fixed upon our return. The F&B team was awesome. Each morning we enjoyed the breakfast, although the selection is the same each day (could use a bit of change) . Vicky, Hasan and Ashish regularly checked in with us and the kids on special requests. They even remembered our orders and checked if wanted the same the following day. This was very special considering the restaurant was always busy during breakfast. The gym was small, and equipment could get an overhaul, perhaps a regular check in by staff would be good. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this hotel especially for it's friendly and professional staff.”

“Very nice standard of rooms, large and clean. Very quiet, especially in inside rooms away from the road. Breakfast was good but as it wasn't busy it was sat under the heaters waiting so didn't feel as fresh as it could have. Bus stop outside or a 10 min walk to the Tube. Staff were pleasant and I will certainly stay again. Good value at the time of booking as had an offer on.”

“Just stayed here for the 3rd time and still doesn’t disappoint! The staff are amazing. Very helpful and accommodating. Shout to David (sp?) at the front desk for looking after me during my stay. The rooms are modern and are well kept. Great sleeping conditions too. For Elites, the breakfast is next level and nothing runs out. Location is more Kilburn than Maida Vale, so just be prepared. Tons of shops and quick restaurants around. Only gripe is that there’s not a dedicated elite lounge. They make up for this by having complimentary drinks and appetizers at happy hour. Would definitely stay here again.”
