   Did the beginners course this weekend and was very impressed. The course is very thorough & thoughtfully put together to build a comprehensive base of knowledge for us to get started. Additionally I have multiple health issues & various physical problems and JWL not only helped me learn how to do the basics without affecting my body, but also showed me alternative ways to do things due to these issues. Would highly recommend and am eager to go again!

   Fantastic experience on the introductory course over 2 days, started with a very warm welcome, Bernard is extremely knowledgeable and amazing at his craft. Relaxed learning atmosphere, so easy to follow as each day is extremely structured well. Overwhelmed by the skills gained in a short period of time, I look forward to signing back up on another course, great value for money, highly recommend!

   Just done a beginners weekend course which I loved. I turned up with zero knowledge, I'd not even watched YouTube clips and by the 2nd day I'd made a spinner ring which I'm really proud of. I'd never used a blow torch in my life and many of the other tools so that was quite scary for me. By the end of the course I felt such a sense of achievement which is down to Bernard and his teaching technique.

   This is by far the best Silversmithing workshop in West Yorkshire! Bernard’s expertise/ mentorship and guidance is second to none!! The outcome is that you learn to produce beautiful, creative, hand crafted silver, including other previous metal pieces of jewellery! Would highly recommend if you’re thinking of venturing into this creative field.

   A thoroughly enjoyable and well organised weekend. Bernard and Jane make a wonderful team and their knowledge and experience is clear. Within a weekend we were all confidently soldering, annealing, sawing, filing and designing our own pieces. The classes are small and there's always help and encouragement at hand. I really can't recommend this highly enough. I really hope that there will be more courses available soon, at times when people who work can get there.
