This review is especially for shak the manager at Meadowhall arcade .she was amazing she exchanged 2 bracelet I bought 12 mths ago with no hassle she was so bubbly happy an very polite she’s a credit to Pandora.
Massive thank you to Isabel who works in the upper mall Pandora. Visited on 3rd December and her service was excellent. She was so patient with me as I tried to find the best ones to match my current collection. Left with three charms and a new bauble. Thank you once again, will be back again!
Went in today after having had quite a traumatic experience. It may seem irrational, but I felt I needed to "fix" my charm bracelet. The assistant (Emily) was very helpful and patient with me, and found me exactly what I wanted. Really truly appreciate the help, it seems such a silly thing really, in the grand scheme, but it's made me feel so much better.
The moment I walked through the door the staff was happy to help me, it’s my girlfriends 21st so I wanted something specific, they was right on the money getting what I needed and sorting it out for me as quick as possible even though they were quite busy, more than happy with the service I received! I have huge respect for the staff working there, specifically OJ, he was very polite and very helpful, fulfilled all my expectations without hesitation!
Partner had a ring where the rose gold coating completely disintegrated after around a year, leaving a dirty metal ring underneath. They have a 2 year warranty but of course that wasn’t covered, didn’t even offer so much as an apology. Kept trying to find reasons why it might be our fault (do you wear it in the shower, washing dishes, going to sleep, do you do lots of manual labour). Needless to say we had taken the proper care. Bit unprofessional from the staff too
Despite going in on a quiet Tuesday morning. The staff were trying to rush people through their choices and get people out very quickly. Wasn't a very good experience from entering to leaving the store.
Really great experience didn't buy today but the staff were very helpful and the shop was lovely and clean.
I’m gunna stop buying rings from here, they get so dirty so quickly and I’ve tried using their cleaning kit and it does nothing however it does clean warren james rings straight away so clearly Pandora have put something in their metal just to get more money out of customers if they had a service that cleans their rings at a cheap price maybe I’d still buy from there but from not on gunna buy from warren James
Despite the wait, the staff member that served me was really friendly and helpful. The cost isn't too bad I guess but then again, for a tiny thing, my wallet panicked a bit.
Excellent staff, so friendly and helpful. They kept the store well with not too many customers at a time inside. Nice spacing around the shop. Happy to let me browse their items. Happy customer.
