   Very disappointing experience. I took my daughter to this Claire’s store for ear piercing. One staff member was inexperienced and pierced one ear in the wrong position. The mistake was obvious and had to be redone, meaning my daughter was pierced twice on the same ear, causing her unnecessary pain and distress. The manager blamed it on my child “moving,” which does not explain why the other ear was done correctly. This shows poor training and supervision, especially when dealing with children. I would not recommend this store for child ear piercing.

   I came today with my adhd/ autistic 3 year old daughter to have her ears pierced. The girl who dealt with us was very patient and polite. The whole procedure was quick. Extremely happy with the service, I would strongly recommend.

   I came in today and met a lady called Caitlyn. She was so pleasant and answered any questions that I had as I came in to get my ears pierced. She went through the whole process and took her time with me especially when getting the dots set in place for where I wanted them exactly. She made sure they were perfectly placed and she was so quick. Thank you so much Caitlyn I'm so happy with it. If you’re looking to get your ears pierced this is definitely the place to go!

   They will show you different type of earrings. They will tell this is gold. This is just gold and this is gold coated. We bought one for 58 pounds which was being told as gold. But no. It is just gold coated with some metal imported from USA. So not gold. Search online before you buy from Claire's

   Visited on 11th of Jan 2023 @18.30 for ear piercing for my daughter. I had a very bad experience from the girl there. showing irritated face. And without piercing we went back. I will never recommend madowhall branch to anyone

   I bought a phone case that clearly said was for iphone 13's but when i bought it and tried it on infront of the store to make sure it fitted, i found that the camera holes were way too big. So i went back to ask for a refund and the staff made me wait 20 mins to actually meet a staff bearing in mind that there were barely any customers, and when I finally got to meet the manager she gave me £4.00 worth of all 10ps. They wouldnt even fit in my purse. Hope they sort things out. Plus the staff could do with being a bit friendlier x
