   Popped in for a perfect fit harness for our crazy Cockapoo. Have read many forums and reviews that I finally decided to buy one. We were staying in the touring site so was perfect. Had googled perfect fit stockists and couldn’t believe the location. Didn’t want to buy online as prefer to take my dog in store to get them fitted. The lady (Claire I think) was brilliant. She measured my dog up and gave us some great advice. Signed up to the website and will be coming back in the future when our dog outgrows this harness. She’s only had it a couple of days but it looks great and she’s happy to wear it. We’ve tried all sorts of different harnesses but they’ve never been the best fit. Thank you so much. I’d definitely recommend this little gem of a pet shop

   Called into Imperial pets looking for treats for my incredibly fussy miniature schnauzer. Spoke to Claire who could not have been more helpful. After chatting about all of Alfie’s requirements, we left with treats, natural flea treatment, some new foods to try him with and tonnes of advice. I’m so glad to have found Imperial pets. Highly recommended

   I found Imperial Pets after having troubles getting my new pup to eat the raw food I had for him. I visited the shop because they stocked the same food and I wanted to see if I'd had a bad batch. Claire was extremely helpful and it was great to hear her immense knowledge of natural products and solutions. My pup has loved everything she recommended and I'll definitely be coming back. You'd be hard pressed to find this level of service anywhere else. Hidden gem. Highly recommend!
