   Daunted with the fact that I had to have holiday injections to visit South Africa, all the staff at Hollowood Haydock helped us out with all our requirements and advice for area we was visiting. Giving us all options and side effects for each medication, their knowledge was invaluable and would 100% recommend them.

   Not the service I would expect from a chemist waited over 1 and a half hours for a prescription that should of already be done for collection. When asked after waiting for a long time, I got shrugged at seeing other customers arrive after me come and go was told just needed signing off. Asked for the final time to see a member of staff take the slip out of the basket left on the side. Couldn't even be honest and say they forgot to do it. I would avoid this chemist USE to be the best in the area not sure what has happened.

   Absolutely joke of a place. I purposely waited over a week to collect my prescription and it still wasn’t ready. Then I was told that one of my items wasn’t in stock and they would need order!! Another time I went in and all the staff at the lunch at the same time! Shouldn’t lunches be staggered? Another time I went in and again a prescription that had been in there for 5 days wasn’t ready. Not good enough. I’ve changed chemists now to one up the road.
