   Not happy that your system removed my dogs prescription off your system, do I have to bring my dog in for a checkup after having one 2 months previously. Then when I do, you don't even the flea drops in! So I will have to come back for them. Your receptionist argued with me on the phone saying that Milo has to be checked up every time he needs his leave drops. This is 100% wrong! He has a check up every 6 months and in-between those checkups, I get a text to order them, and I pick them up a few days later. Done this many times in the 3 years Milo has been with you, so please don't argue with me !!! At his check up in August, the vet barely looked at him. He dismissed him and it was me who had to ask him for Milos booster. Currently looking for a new vets

   My visit to Medivet Speke was great. My little dog was due her health check and booster. Receptionist lovely and friendly, and the vet was lovely and chatty with Tilly and he talked to her whilst he examined her and gave her the injection she needed. Tilly was very calm and overall it was a very pleasant visit.

   Staff were very attentive to Merlin my cocker spaniel who was very excited. Staff are friend and welcoming. The vet took her time demonstrated her knowledge by answering ours questions and providing reasurance. The environment was clean and welcoming.

   If a wild animal is injured by any kind of trap and you want to help it out of humanity, then according to the law you have to take it to the nearest animal clinic, with free of charge service. The staff just laughed and said, of course, it will be euthanized and that's it. So I had to treat and take care of the wild animal until it recovered in 2 weeks... We never brought our own animals here again as well. It's doubtful that pets get proper treatment at all... There are better Medivets who care about animals and don't just make fun of people...

   Johann is a very knowledgeable vet and always explains treatments and the cause of the issues fully. Staff are very friendly, especially Lorraine, who is very efficient in getting claims dealt with quickly.

   Phoned to get an appointment and had to wait for 4 weeks. Got a text reminder and on arriving at the original set time, was refused as they had changed the time of appointment. Instead of a reminder text maybe you could have made it clear you changed the time. You expected me to wait another month for a puppies injections. I think thats cruel. Another vet gave him an appointment in 5 days.

   Made appointment for my 1 year old dog Ruby to be spayed. From first contact to her returning home the attention was excellent. The vet Johan was very professional. He made the procedure very clear and understandable and put me at ease. The service was very personal. The dischage was similary professional and I was very clear of what needed to be done to ensure a good recovery for Ruby.
