My beautiful cat George had become very ill , I was looking for a vet to see him straight away. The lady who spoke to me to arrange it with Village Vets was so kind and quickly responded. Unfortunately he died before I could get there, I couldnβt go on , so went home. Then realised I had to go to them as I didnβt know what to do. I let my other cats say goodbye also.. The gentleman I spoke to, again was so kind and said they would be waiting for me. I took my beautiful boy there trying to be as stoic as possible. But just seeing them through the window, I started to sob. The understanding and kindness was amazing. I had never been there before and I was overwhelmed. I will register my two other cats there as. .

We had such a great experience at Village Vets on Liverpool Road! The reception team were so friendly, welcoming and informative β nothing was too much trouble and they were happy to answer all our questions. The vet who saw our dog was brilliant, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure we didnβt have any other concerns before finishing the appointment. They really put both us and our dog at ease. Excellent service all round β highly recommend!

Village Vets have been taking care of our cats for around fifteen years. We have always found all their vets to be professional, caring, honest (even when itβs news you donβt want to hear) and realistic. We have total faith in the care they provide and bring so close to our home, it is a peace of mind that is invaluable to us and our pets.

I canβt thank Village Vets on Liverpool Road, Buckley enough for the wonderful care they gave my 16-year-old dog, Molly. The lovely reception staff were so kind and managed to fit her in on a Saturday when she was limping with a claw digging into her pad. Pete, the vet, was gentle, thorough and gave me some very good advice. The whole team showed such compassion and professionalism they really put both Molly and myself at ease. Iβm so grateful and would highly recommend this practice to anyone. Thank you!

Recently had to visit with a poorly sausage dog (digby) brilliant service and brilliant staff. Digby ended up having to stay over night, communication was great with lots of phone calls keeping us updated with how he is. He's much better now, thanks to everyone at village vets. They even sorted all the pet insurance side of things making everything as easy as possible for us.

Weβve been bringing are dog Alfie here for ten years heβs always been relaxed and happy and weβve always been happy with the staff always helpful, but on Saturday 14th Jan brought him for his annual jabs which was fine, we told him about ear infection when looking in ear caused him a lot of pain then when clipping nails clipped to far back causing Alfie to cry out in pain twice then a lot of blood loss when in reception Alfie still bleeding he tried to treat in the reception area in full view of customers which is not professional. Alfie carried on bleeding for two hours with blood over car and house this is the first time Iβve not been happy with treatment of Alfie always been excellent but this is not acceptable . Excellent vets, have been using them for a very long time. They have treated our dogs and cats over the years and always been so good with them, our German Shepherd who we lost last year would always want to go in to see them.

Recently moved over from another veterinary practice to village vets. They have been brilliant with my dog with needing an operation and the aftercare has been fantastic. Appointments were spot on to suit my own working hours and they made my dog feel assured at all times. I've joined the pet health club too which helps with the costs of looking after my dog all vaccinations, kennel cough and flea and workers alongside other benefits are included. Really good veterinary surgery with lovely friendly staff who know what they are talking about. Would highly recommend.
