“I took my chicken here this week walked in and was seen within ten minutes, unfortunately we had to put the chicken down and it was very upsetting for myself and my four year old daughter. The staff were so compassionate and caring, really sensitive with the situation. They gave my daughter a book about dealing with losing a pet, then even made foot prints from our chicken for her to bring home with her! They gave me loads of advice and were so incredible I could not say better things about them! We then received a card this week to say they were sending their love, such caring people!”
